Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

While Wrike is very helpful for organizing big clients' tasks among different projects and folders, sometimes it may not be so intuitive if you don't already know how a task or folder is called, so it may feel kind of tedious unless you use the search bar and try to guess some keywords related to certain tasks. Maybe a more visual-oriented and simpler structure would help.

Overall, it has great usability, but a few tweaks could be made on the mobile and desktop apps. It would be nice to be able to duplicate multiple tasks at once and drag/drop tasks into different projects. Some navigation updates that allow items to be moved more easily would also be helpful.

Wrike is very easy to use. We have been onboarding new team members onto Wrike and many find that it is easy to pick up and run with. From regular users to collaborators, most everyone finds that the software is easy to learn and use. It has also taken over as our main communication tool. Many use it over email these days.

Usability off the bat is fairly simple and straightforward, IF you know what you want and are a fairly experienced Project Manager.
If you were totally clueless like we were you will definitely need some guidance from Wrike or hire a PMO expert / lead to guide you through the best use and set up of wrike. Without this guidance and setting parameters and rules in the beginning, it will get messy very quickly. After that it is easy to learn, use and onboard newbies.

There is definitely a learning curve to figure this system out and get up to speed. But overall it's relatively easy to use. If you've already got a workflow that includes Slack, then your team is used to "@" people and this makes it easier to transition over to a system like this.

It's an incredible tool that functions as an essential part of our team. Feedback and delivery in the past had been scattered across iMessage, Slack, Gmail, phone calls, Zoom calls, etc. Wrike gives us a centralized Hub to see all projects and easily allows us to jump in on another project should a team member need help.

It can be confusing for new users and permissions can make it difficult to know what others can see or even prevent some users from easily being added to a task or project.

I rate Wrike on overall usability as a 10 because it does not take a long time to get someone trained on how to use Wrike. It is also very user friendly so things that you don't know are easy to figure out. As I stated earlier, it would be helpful to be able to at mention someone within the task.

Great! It's very simple to use. Although, there are a lot of features I don't understand or don't know of.

Wrike was difficult to learn at first. But with videos, emails on tips and tricks, I've been able to adapt. However, it's been difficult to convince other departments to use the program as it can be a bit overwhelming at first. I don't know what the solution is, other than to keep using it. Perhaps a template as a start for newbies?

Overall, the usability is not extremely difficult and is straightforward. Sometimes I can miss a task I need to complete if a user forgets to tag me in the comments. I love the calendar feature and the ability to see where my team is in a particular process.

It takes some time for a user to use Wrike to its full potential. Once the user learns, it's easy to use Wrike and see its benefits. I love being able to create a task directly from an email in Outlook. I love the Chrome extension that keeps my to-do list front and center. There are a ton of options in Wrike, and once your company establishes how it will be used, it's a great add to your project management needs, intake request form needs, and more.

If you are familiar with computers or smartphones and use them every day, there would not be any difficulties when you started using Wrike. It is very simple and easily understandable tool, but when you use it in a team with people who are not so good at that kind of thing, maybe you should make an instruction guide and hold followup trainings for better usage.

Wrike provides a great deal of flexibility that allows you to structure it to best serve your needs. The interface is well designed so that features are convenient to use. Some features are limited to the Enterprise license which is more expensive which stops me from providing a 10 rating.
