Introducing our first cohort of Trusted Sellers. 

As the most trusted buyer intelligence platform, TrustRadius enables buyers to make informed decisions with comprehensive, vetted product information and verified customer reviews. This new verification program, Trusted Sellers, makes it even easier for buyers to know which vendors are following review generation best practices and providing accurate and up-to-date product information.

As brands grow their presence in the technology space, TrustRadius is making sure deceit and bias don’t grow with it. It’s why we vet vendor-submitted product information and ensure all reviews on TrustRadius are from real users. We take this task seriously, rejecting 47% of reviews submitted.

But eliminating fake reviews is only part of the equation. It takes real commitment from software companies to source reviews ethically.

So we created the Trusted Seller program to showcase vendors that are making a real effort toward trust and transparency.

What is the Trusted Seller program?

The Trusted Seller program (formerly TRUE) is a verification that recognizes companies that are dedicated to ethical review sourcing and clear, helpful product information for buyers. 

The Trusted Seller verification helps you:

• Build trust. As a Trusted Seller, you will receive a verification checkmark at the top of your product listing, showing buyers that your brand is trusted by customers and has a vested interest in authentic reviews.
• Stand out. Not every company will qualify for the Trusted Seller program, so your products will stand apart. Buyers will know they can trust your reviews and product information over the rest.
• Expand market presence. Trusted Sellers are announced quarterly in a TrustRadius press release, receive a promotional media kit, and are featured in TrustRadius content.

How do you qualify to be a Trusted Seller?

Vendors must:

• Apply for the program by submitting your review sourcing methodology 
• Source at least 10 unbiased reviews within the 12 months prior to applying for the program 
• Provide buyers with comprehensive and up-to-date product information by completing their TrustRadius profile. See profile completeness checklist

• Disclose review sourcing methodology and use of incentives
• Provide equal opportunity for product users to share honest feedback safely
• Read all published reviews and respond when necessary
