CSOD has the easiest to use user interface. If employees do not like to use it it will not be as affective as a tool to manage talent. All modules of CSOD are developed to the same level, in all other platforms I found there was a lacking in one of the areas of the platform that I did not want to have to live with to get the good one.

Cornerstone is a more holistic system, we have all necessary modules in one place, don't need to switch between different systems. On the other hand, the admin panel in CSOD, especially in the learning module, is out of date, and preparing learning activities is very time-consuming. So as always there are pros and cons.

We previously used ClubConnect but switched over to Cornerstone as our company size grew to better support our learners. Club Connect was more visual for our learners, however, Cornerstone has more capabilities and advantages for us to use as engagement for our learners.

All of the products are essentially the same. The difference between each company and product [is] minimal at best. Some offer additional tools such as integration, reporting, customization, and the like. Others are standard out of the box. Overall each product delivers what is expected from employees and that is what matters in the end.

Cornerstone OnDemand is definitely at the top of my list. I would say that Cornerstone is probably my second or third choice of Learning management systems. However, my opinion may change once we implement our Performance system as the systems will be integrated. I have heard from peers that their performance system and ATS are amazing!

Cornerstone OnDemand was ranking quite high up in the Gartner's Learning quadrant and the Forrester Report and was also highly recommended in Bersin's findings. Cornerstone's team of consultants is fun to work with and they love and enjoy their work. Their treatment of their own employees is awesome.

The Sales Pitch for Cornerstone while being great, left us a bit disappointed when the tool got implemented. Although it is a game-changer and radically improved the learning experience the after-sales service has left us a bit disappointed. Since the overall package makes up for the situation, we can safely recommend it but while exercising caution.

Cornerstone [OnDemand] is similar in some ways, however I've found that most of Cornerstone [OnDemand] requires self learning to configure the system, you don't get a lot of support from your Cornerstone [OnDemand] CSM, this is very time consuming. There is an option to outsource configuration to a Cornerstone [OnDemand] partner but this costs between £500 & £750 per day, so can be quite costly, on top of the annual Cornerstone [OnDemand] cost.

Cornerstone OnDemand exceeds the features of these other LMS systems by offering more modules and features. CSOD is a one-stop shop LMS for talent management. The robust reporting and customizable options also make this a step above the other Learning Management Systems out there.

Cornerstone OnDemand is one of the steady-eddies of the learning management system game. You know it will do what it needs to do, and it may not be the flashiest or the newest technology, but you know it will get the job done at the end of the day--from certifications to testing to learning.

I would say the ease of use its probably the thing that makes CSOD better than the others from a user standpoint. They are becoming bigger and bigger in terms of knowledge and with functionalities and are looking to establish themselves as a leader in all in one stop shop systems.

SuccessFactors was a little more expensive and did not have a beautiful UI like Cornerstone. There were some features of SuccessFactors that I liked more as an administrator, such as the ability to create assignments to stacked organizational units - like a team within a location. This is hard to do in Cornerstone and you have to use customized enrollment groups. But while SF was administratively a little easier, the user experience trumps all and that is way better in Cornerstone.

I think there are a lot of benefits of Cornerstone OnDemand versus others. However, there are some things it lacks as well. The administrator function of Cornerstone OnDemand has to do a lot of work to do things in mass. Such as managing users, courses, assignments, completions, etc. I get why they make their interface the way they do, to try and have a better experience, but sometimes just making it straight-up easier to do mass actions, or admin customizability would be nice. We've dealt with some things lacking because as a product in general it seemed better than others we evaluated.

I wasn't part of the decision, and they didn't have anyone with a recruiting background when they evaluated the system. I don't believe Cornerstone OnDemand EVER would have been selected if there were Subject Matter Experts (Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management) as part of the decision making team.

CSOD offers more customizable features than Netlearning. The curricula administration and learning assignment features are more robust than Netlearning. I would say Netlearning's provided content is stronger than CSOD though (CSOD has course offerings but they are an additional cost).

I haven't used or evaluated similar products myself but have working in organisation that have had their own LMS's. I find Cornerstone to excel in the assignment and tracking of materials and the ability to report on all aspects of learning and performance tasks. It have revolutionised both the Learning and Performance space in an organisation that only had manual ways of tracking and reporting previously.
