The good news is there are only two aspects of the platform you can't "rewind", so attributes you set up in the beginning are less likely to have impact down the line, less reporting impacts. The mgmt. team is great, I asked for them to connect us with other companies in the area and they choose to put on a mini half day summit, in fact we hosted it If there isn't a work around, you can count on them looking at how they can make this a viable feature for the greater whole and it will release...eventually.,They need to learn their own product, not everyone knows the ins and outs so sometimes you have to wait for an answer, but the turnaround is usually quick The product is still maturing, for example they rolled out tiered approvals but doesn’t include parallel approvals or a “review only” option. With that said they are submitting all our requests into the product queue, so I’m sure it’s just a matter of time. Sharing the product roadmap and updates and how it will benefit our implementation and goals.,8,N/A,8,Vendor implemented Implemented in-house,The consistent UI: framework, icons, menus, click-ability, etc. The ability to use the basic components on day one,Devil in the details. there are a lot of little things you have to learn over time as you become an advanced user. Training program (Sprinklr University) is not "real world",Yes,9,9,10,9Their Success Is Your SuccessWhen the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association signed on with Sprinklr, we had several needs that the platform had to solve. We are a very complex organization; with national, affiliate and market roles and presences. Many times our community managers wear multiple hats - and we have a lot of them. We needed a tool that would be easy to onboard our staff; have great training and customer service; have substantial listening, engagement, publishing, workflows, analytics, CRM, a mobile app and a command center module. We use social to drive our mission, and needed a tool to help us do that.,Single solution at scale: We needed a single solution that would be simple for our staff to adopt and use. Since our community managers wear many hats, we needed something to simplify their lives and get the job done. Robust analytics: As a research organization, everything we do should be driven by informed analytics. The tool made it simple for our staff track media performance; monitor the health landscape; track trends, buzz and brand attributes; monitor online discussions; and proactively outreach to those individuals. Customer service: On-going training and customer service from Sprinklr staff ensured our success. We couldn't manage without the first-class care of our Sprinklr team. Mobile app: Our staff are on-the-go to events. We needed a solution that could be accessed remotely through their phone.,Side effects from frequent updates: Sprinklr updates the platform frequently, which may cause some delays in the platform. Also, we're frequently training our staff to be aware and comfortable with those changes.,9,125,Efficiencies in content production and workflows: Since community managers can source/suggest content and manage workflows/audit trails within the tool, our teams can work efficiently and effectively. Listening & Reporting Analytics: The creation of real-time best practices translate to increased engagement, traffic and behavior change, thus drives the mission and improves the bottom line.,9,Vendor implemented Implemented in-houseThe one stop social media shopAt Florida Blue, we were looking for an all-in-one solution for social media management, listening and analytics. Needless to say, we found it in Sprinklr. We use Sprinklr on a daily basis to manage all brand posts across our corporate social media channels. Sprinklr is great as we have various users across our organization who submit content. Through Sprinklr's approval process we are able to screen the content prior to letting the content go live. We also use Sprinklr's analytics and listening to assist us in determining ROI and tracking our engagement and growth in the social space.,Great for collaboration across a large enterprise where multiple parties can contribute content. Sprinklr's analytics are very robust. Practically any metric we need is obtainable within Sprinkr. The reports are beautiful and look great for presentations to leadership. The social asset manager is a time saver. The SAM pulls and stores imagery, making it super easy to get to for future or repeat use.,Sprinklr does a great job with making improvements and listening to what their clients want. One thing I would like to see is a more responsive link shortening tool. Unlike HootSuite, links only shorten within Sprinklr after the post is shared. It would be nice to shorten the link up front to save room in areas like Twitter. At the moment the UI cannot do a retweet the same way as the new style within Twitter. My hopes are that they can soon update to this capability. I'd like to see better functionality and compatibility with Linkedin's API, though it seems to work just fine.,9,,Sprinklr saves time. Sprinklr provides in depth analytics that are vital for proving ROI in areas such as customer service, engagement, growth, and marketing/conversion. Sprinklr's workflow makes it simple for social and customer service teams to work seamlessly in the UI to manage customer inquiries and complaints and is able to track response times and volume.,,9Don't be afraid to take a run through the SprinklrGroupon utilizes Sprinklr as our global enterprise solution for social content management and measurement in 47 countries. This includes basic publishing and scheduling across mainstream social networks, conversation management and engagement, and campaign (app) optimization). Beyond the immediate social team members, Sprinklr is also used by our editorial, SEO and customer service teams. In regards to Sprinklr's relationship to solving business challenges, the platform has made a major impact in three core areas: Global insights and tracking. Groupon is a hyper-local company operating at an international scale. Sprinklr has enabled us to accurately measure performance across hundreds of accounts in several difference languages in near real-time. This level of tracking has helped to discover trends early their life cycle, and make adjustments to improve our bottom line.Content production efficiency. Operating at a local level requires a high volume of original content. The Social Asset Manager (SAM) and customer reporting dashboards within Sprinklr have helped us identify operational efficiencies in content-sharing across all geographies.Customer service at scale. Being one of the largest Internet retailers in the world, customer service is a natural extension of our activity in social media channels.,Flexible platform and UI. We have dozens of different teams that use the platform, and the flexibility in reporting and conversation dashboards has been key to making sure each department can efficiently manage their responsibilities. Custom metrics, the Rules Engine and Macro functionality has also helped extensively. We produce a high volume of daily content, most of which is created and published within 24 hours from ideation to execution. Sprinklr has given us an efficient workflow method, where content can be produced, reviewed, scheduled and measured all within one shared interface.,Given that the platform is constantly being updated, there have occasionally been times when the load times have been extraordinarily slow. This is not consistent. However, when there are issues, their customer care is very responsive.,8,Reduced costs in content production, since Sprinklr enables to fluently share content across countries, languages and platforms. Drastically improved efficiency in customer service and SLA. We are currently able to respond to at least 50% of our inbound inquiries within 60 minutes. Custom insights has given us the ability to maximize engagement and traffic, and hence impact our bottom line of revenue.,,8,Vendor implemented,9Superior to Most, if Not AllSprinklr is used for complete social media management - from content, to listening, to reporting. We use it to publish, monitor, and listen for all our corporate channels, including our careers channels. It enables us to scale our program across the organization and run a strategic program.,Hands down, the best enterprise level social media management platform for posting, monitoring and measuring your social media program. The platform can empower and enable a team of one to do the work of a larger team as well as it can support a massive organization with a large extended social media team. The listening platform is integrated with the core platform so you can easily engage with the conversation stream without having to switch applications. Everything is also captured and measured. The analytics are some of the best analytics for social I've seen. You can be as broad and as high level as needed for an executive report, or drill down into the granular details needed for day to day management.,It can seem a bit costly when compared to the free options but honestly, it does way more than any free software can ever do. The cost and the additional costs to add the paid module are probably my only complaints.,10,,Sprinklr has enabled us to run a strategic social media program that shares a mix of corporate content, lead gen content, and recruiting/employment brand content. It has also enabled us to implement monthly executive reports and listening reports to support corporate communications. Sprinklr's reporting capabilities enabled us to do a detailed ROI analysis and prove to the business of social media's contribution to sales/revenue.,HootSuite Pro,TweetDeck,Radian6,10Spinklr: Great Social Media Management for Listening and Content ManagementAt the organization I used Sprinklr at, Sprinklr was being used by the entire public affairs team around the world. Being a social media management and listening tool, Sprinklr addressed the problem of connecting a spread out and spread thin public affairs team into one tool that allowed each team member to contribute to the conversation. Team members were able to monitor their specific brand social channels, particularly important as the industry I worked in often had negative feedback from social media users, and derive detailed reports from Sprinklr's reporting tool. This allowed the public affairs team to grow the company's social media presence by not only listening and understanding the audience, but also easily sharing content in an easy to use user-interface.,Reporting capabilities: Sprinklr's reporting tool is able to make any custom report that you can imagine. The reporting tool takes some getting used to if you're not a data scientist, but once you get the hang of it, it's one of the best I've seen in terms of breadth. Listening and monitoring capabilities: Sprinklr is one of the best social media management tools for listening that I've come across. With customizable dashboards, you're able to create streams for just about anything. With Sprinklr, you can keep tabs on your dissenters and respond to them in an efficient manner. Content management: Sprinklr allows users to import collateral into the system, making it easy to reuse content. We would upload the photos we used and tag them in a way that we could search for them later. This made it incredibly easy to find old content right in the tool.,I'd like to see more pre-made reports so that the non-data scientists can easily create reports. Ability to pull in a photo to LinkedIn. We had to first upload the photo to Flickr and then post the link to the photo which was time-consuming and annoying. Maybe a team member chat? It was always hard to interact with team members even though we were assigning things to each other.,Ability to grow our social media presence on all of our corporate channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube Save time in posting and monitoring our social channels Ability to monitor and connect with scientific audiences. My company was not a B2C brand, but many of our products are used in B2C products. Sprinklr makes it easy for us to connect with consumers and make science more social. Ability to quickly respond to negative feedback.,9,,10,9,HootSuite Pro,HootSuite Free,Sprout Social,Buffer,10Stellar Social Media Content ManagerSprinklr is used to simplify the process work flow of engaging our audience. It helps different product and service experts answer our audience's questions. It helps us identify trending questions to help us write content to answer those questions. The reporting and Google Analytics integration is unlike any other I've seen and I've seen and used many social media management enterprise tools.,It helps me publish content while generating reports to show their effectiveness. At a company as big as Cisco it's great to be able to get content recommendations straight from the tool. This eliminates emails being sent from every internal team. Setting up various campaigns within the tool is easy and you can publish to multiple social media channels at once. People across the organization can suggest content to help you populate your content calendar. Everything is then in one place. The photo library helps keep our images organized and in one location.,Sprinklr is going through a v2 to v3 transition so the dashboard can get confusing. There are some UE issues in their new version that make it hard to schedule posts such as the window scrolling up when you want to scroll down. The campaign structure could be improved upon to help generate various reports for internal teams.,Being able to schedule posts frees up my time to work on other objectives. The reports allows me to make quick changes to my content strategy if things are not working as well as I'd thought. The reports help you identify who your audience is, what time they consume your content. Many companies have followers that are not engaging so Sprinklr allows you keep a pulse on your page demographics.,10,SpredFast,Viralheat,HootSuite Enterprise,100,10,10,10,10,100,Engaging with our social audience and tagging it for future measurement. Content organization and publication. Tagging content for the right people to respond to the questions.,8In Sprinklr I trustMy company used Sprinklr as a community management tool for a client with a large following on social media platforms. The tool allowed us to tag issues and send them to customer support while also engaging with users in a positive way.,Sprinklr automates comments, posts and replies by sentiment and urgency by using predetermined keywords. It separates the more urgent posts in particular columns to allow you to gain visibility to them right away. This is a great tool because as a community manager you definitely want to respond to ever post on your page, but not necessarily every comment. Some posts on Facebook could receive thousands upon thousands of comments. It's nice to separate them from the stand alone posts. The tool also allows you to tag posts. This was a great function when community managers wanted to go back and dig deep into what the overall conversation the past month was all about. The tool also allows you to assign a post or message to someone else on your team. This came in handy when you needed to alert a more senior member on your team to a more serious post. When assigning the post over to the new user, you are also able to write a comment for that person to see.,The sentiment function on Sprinklr is a bit wonky. Most messages pulled in are incorrectly identified as negative or positive. But to be fair, most sentiment tools are inaccurate so it's not a feature that was truly worrisome for me.,Sprinklr allowed my team to be the fastest and most responsive brand on Facebook in their category. The industry that we happened to be in highly relied on word of mouth and recommendations for the sale of their product and therefore really valued the power of being a strong presence on social media.,9,,10,8,,10A Necessary EvilIt's old version of the planner was great. Very easy to organize everything you sent out. The reporting dashboards are excellent, help us give a quantitative result to the client. When you report a bug, someone usually responds within 24 hours saying that they're looking into the issue (when it actually gets fixed is an entirely different story),There are constantly glitches and accounts deactivating. The new planner is much more difficult to see/understand and I'm not really clear on why they changed the one good thing Sprinklr had to offer. Sometimes tech support issues are answered initially but the problem is never resolved.,4,It helps us report which shows clients the tangible impacts of our work. Increased employee efficiency--when it works. When it doesn't work or has glitches we are set back at least an hour, if not more.,9SprinklrSprinklr provides realtime listening and monitoring that is leveraged in reports and actions across departments. This enables customer support and immediate action as well as trend monitoring and alerts.,Personal service. While a ticket system is in place, I can always reach a point person in sales or account management for quick answers and help. This is very important as not everyone can be a platform expert and sometimes a quick aswer will save time vs doing self learning. Passion for their customers and strong commitment to the relationship Nice UI,Small refinements (for example, ability to exclude specific single posts from listening reporting or faster system learning based on manual tagging), to existing functionality on the listening module will help users get the most out of the tool,8,Customer Support Listening insights,5Add a dash of Sprinklr to life!We got the opportunity to use Sprinklr across various social channels for numerous verticals for one of our clients. It helped us in being more efficient and in handling the channels with a lot more ease. Be it scheduling, putting multiple QC processes in place, managing ORM or churning out reports; Sprinklr has made life simpler. Previously we had to manually go to individual social channels and take of our daily chores in quite a tedious manner, but now we get it done on one platform. Simply put work is a lot more sorted thanks to Sprinklr!,Helps in churning out cumbersome reports with ease Allows you to shorten urls instead of having to visit external sites to do the same task One platform to handle multiple accounts just makes life simpler,The only problem i've faced with Sprinklr is that the admins get locked out and have to get added again if any of the admins on the social pages change their personal passwords. This for me was quite a problem. It would help if i could get competition analysis right on my page.,Increased efficiency Faster ORM, leading to better customer service,8,8Sprinklr, a great partner to any social media teamGreat support from the team. Both technical (revolving around bugs) and in the form of training. The product is very nimble and the team very responsive in working on the features roadmap based on our suggestions, business needs, etc. If you are a power user, Sprinklr slices information in very useful ways. The learning curve can be higher than other social media management tools, but as a result you get more granular data,Sprinklr is an "immature" product, in that it is fast evolving and very nimble. This makes it a product with a lot of potential but also quite a few bugs and data inconsistencies. The interface isn't the cleanest. Some features and functionalities are hard to find, even after using the product for a while. UI could be improved. Analysts may need to dig into metrics to understand what Sprinklr data from the dashboards really represents. Sprinklr should be more explicit with its methodology so as to clear confusions.,Better automation of social media activities Definite increase in efficiency. Great tool for collaboration between social media teams and managers Increased the number of metrics used for reporting, and thus better ability to measure impact of our efforts,8,8The finest enterprise social media management platform I've encountered.Sprinklr has a variety of uses, however I found myself utilizing it to monitor and solve customer issues identified on social media. The process of handing off each issue to a specific representative was incredible simple to use. Additionally, I enjoyed that I could follow its progress following submission. Outside of customer issues, I was impressed by its community management capabilities across all social platforms. While we never delivered any reports, I explored its reporting capabilities and was thoroughly impressed with the simple process of building and customizing reports to deliver the client.,Twitter monitoring left something to be desired. When being first introduced to the platform, its layout was intimidating. I do believe simplifying the interface would have helped me become fluent with the product much quicker.,As I previously stated, our main use with Sprinklr was customer complaints and issues. Depending on the customer, the issues were handled as quickly as they were willing to respond. This allowed us to address more issues in a proficient manner. I feel this had a positive effect on the brand's overall reputation due to its visible willingness to tend to our customers' concerns. The increased efficiency in solving customer issues allowed us to focus on other aspects of our social strategy.,7,8From small pond to big pondThe planning calendar makes it easy for our social media writer to plan content on multiple platforms well in advance. If she's out of the office and our comm plans change for the week, it's easy for our team to move scheduled posts around. The monitoring dashboards are easy to set up and I find myself keeping them open all day just to keep an eye on a particular hashtag or subject that we're promoting. Some of our content creators need to run posts by me before they are published. I get an email saying that my approval is needed. I then log in and either approve or make edits. I can also see if any other posts are pending my "ok." As an approver, this function requires minimal time and energy from me, which is ideal.,Finding relevant information on the audience profile dashboard was frustrating. In one instance, I wanted to see which Twitter followers we had in common with a particular influencer. If that feature exists, my team couldn't find it. We've been using the product for 18 months and they've just made it compatible with Instagram and Wordpress. Unfortunately, it still isn't compatible with Pinterest. I'm concerned that it will take them an equally long time to adopt rising social media platforms in the future.,After 18 months with the platform, our social media and marketing teams are finally getting in the groove with Sprinklr. We are finally understanding how to take advantage of the more advanced features that our former social media management service didn't offer. Instead of our time being consumed by just a few platforms, we've been able to build a bigger presence on more platforms with the same number of staff. We can measure the success (or failure) of our content like never before. We adjust our social media strategy accordingly. It guides our decisions about what to post when and where.,8,8,8,1Sprinklr or Radian6? Decisions Decisions....Analytics. the analytics Sprinklr implements are extremely easy for my clients and offer a clean, presentable, and beautiful presentation. Integration. The integration is so easy that I use it on most of my client accounts. Its basically a one-stop-shop for all my report needs and it implements all the social media platforms that are desired by my clients. Ease of use. It is so easy to set up, navigate, and grab information off of Sprinklr that I really dont need to pull data from any other sources.,Acquiring Sprinklr. When I had first started using Sprinklr, it was a tough sale not to go with media giant Radian6. Since using Sprinklr, the features I need are supplied by the platform. Maybe a little more integration of emerging social media, but overall great platform.,Efficiency. Its a one stop shop for all major social media platforms. By using this one platform, I can easily manage and convert messages from Twitter into a Facebook post, into a blog post. Saves time and hassle switching from windows and programs. Customer Service. Once again, I can maintain and manage client/customer relations when it really matters. I get feedback and replies that I can send off to the intended clients, or create an automatic reply.,8,9,7,No,Facebook Analytics didnt match Sprinklr Analytics. Question was answered in a timely fashion and was very impressed with the service.,Analytics for specific social platforms. Ease of use and collecting data from Twitter and Facebook.,Some of the Facebook analytics didn't match up with Google Analytics. Be sure to only collect from one source in your reports. Both had 'correct' information, but analytics can change on an hour basis, if not more frequently.,No,8Easy to use and nice reporting featuresReporting dashboard. The dashboard is great for understanding at a glance things like Twitter click-through rates, re-tweets, and reach (total number of people who have seen updates) and Facebook engagement (number of times content is is clicked on). Handling multiple accounts. Sprinklr makes it easy to manage multiple different Twitter accounts and Facebook pages all at the same time with a centralized view. There is also team functionality / workflow which makes it quite easy to assign actions to other team members, and route requests based on automated rules etc. Scheduled delivery: Very easy to tee-up scheduled Twitter and Facebook posts in advance. I usually schedule a couple of days worth of content in advance, but some teams work a week in advance. Monitoring and assigning items. It's easy to both assign specific Twitter hashtags to other team members and let them know that they need to take action.,I haven't really encountered anything in the negative column yet. On the monitoring side, it is perhaps a little tricky to set up key word searches. It takes a bit of getting used to, but this is not a significant issue.,9,Engagement rate: The most important metric by far is how engaged people are with the content that we post to various social channels. This means how often Facebook fans are clicking on posted content, and the numbers of Twitter shares, click-throughs and total reach. Understanding these metrics enables us to fine tune our content so that it has maximum impact.,9Sprinklr is the perfect tool for a busy social media community manager. Our organization uses Sprinklr to manage brand social media across multiple social media channels. It is valuable to us to be able to manage multiple social media channels through one platform.,Sprinklr does a great job of enabling us to find our customers on social media. It allows us to hear what they are saying and/or asking about our brands. And it allows us to respond to our customers in a timely manner.,Sometimes, though, Sprinklr cannot be used to respond to customers because you need to be in the native social media channel to see the entire context of a conversation.,8,,Sprinklr has greatly improved our ability to deliver customer service in a much more efficient manner. Sprinklr has also allowed us to find champions of our brands and to cultivate those relationships.,,8Sprinklr: Keeping Your Social Landscape Looking Pretty since 2009Easy-to-use/track content calendar. The content calendar produces a very clean, easy-to-read feed with queued messages displayed across channels in the order in which they will post. The really nice thing about the calendar view is that I can see all my scheduled content and which channel it will post to at a glance. Spredfast has something similar, but the top-level view is much less comprehensive; I have to drill down to see the details. Easy-to-use, customizable monitoring dashboards. Dashboards can be customized to each individual teammembers' needs. This is important as customized dashboards make team members much more efficient. For example, one person working only on the Facebook channel sees a Facebook-oriented dashboard with separate columns for fan wall posts, direct messages, comments, etc. The absence of non-relevant data increases focus and efficiency. Similarly, a customer care employee only sees escalated issues that have been assigned to that person. Extensive analytical data available. Sprinklr is currently in the process of updating it's analytics capabilities to provide more visual elements of the data provided. Listening tools like Radian6 or more "all rounder" tools like Adobe Social provide more analytical horsepower, but large volumes of data can be overwhelming. It would be great to have better visualizations to make the data that is available more immediately actionable.,Available data could be better visualized (charts and graphs). They are currently working on it.,Compared to competitors, you will get the most for your money from Sprinklr. While the tool is probably not best-in-class in any one area, it's broad set of capabilities from listening / monitoring to publishing and analytics all work very well. Adobe Social is similar in scope and may perform a little better overall, but the performance delta is absolutely not worth it for the dramatically higher price. which I've previously has experience with Spredfast and am somewhat familiar with Radian 6, Hootsuite and Adobe Social. Of those, either the capabilities were underwhelming compared to Sprinklr and those that were comparable came at a much steeper price.,10,9,Vendor implemented Implemented in-house,Yes,9,No,9,Yes,Not the sound like too much of a fan boy, but most of my experiences with the Support Team are fantastic compared to what we receive with most other vendors/service providers. They really do have top-notch support and you will be pleasantly surprised with your experience with them.Sprinklr is good for smaller companiesHelps sort comments based on subject. We sort comments into several queues (for example, comments, questions, complaints). This helps greatly when we are moderating. It makes the process very efficient and allows multiple people on the team to work on the platform. Helps team do reporting. Clients typically like to know how many 1:1 interactions we have. Sprinklr not only allows us to show the client these numbers, but breaks the numbers down even further. For example, how many comments were spam? How many complaints were answered? How many comments were deleted for profanity, etc.,Scheduling Posts: We have had a plethora of issues with scheduling on Sprinklr. We schedule our posts daily for Twitter, Facebook and Google+ on it. A lot of times there is an error and one or most posts won't go out at a given time. Sprinklr doesn't notify us or give a reason why it didn’t post. Also, to give a specific example, you cannot tag on Sprinklr. So when we have posts to tag on Google+ or Facebook, we are unable to do so. The platform is slow at times. When compared to Tweetdeck and moderating on Facebook natively, it doesn’t give you the speed these platforms give. For reporting, it is great but for moderating is takes our team 2x-3x time amount of time it would take if we moderated natively.,Much better reporting for clients.,4,5Sprinklr for Enterprise Social Media ManagementEnterprise wide management and reporting tools.,User interface is not as intuitive as I would like.,The ability to have all our teams on one tool allows us to leverage economies of scale and simplify metrics & reporting.,10,9,100,Sprinklr plays a huge role in the overall success of our social efforts. Our agencies use Sprinklr to share or suggest content to our community managers who can modify, publish and track the impact of these ideas in relationship to current campaigns. The “suggested content” tool is actually a feature that I advocated for Sprinklr to build, and we now use it regularly. We also take advantage of Sprinklr to tag both inbound and outbound messages based on topic, priority, product line or campaign for detailed reporting and insights across teams. These are just a few examples of how we use Sprinklr on a daily basis.,,Implemented in-house,9,Online training In-person training Self-taught,No I do think additional training is needed to understand all of the features that are available.,We have a unique YouTube set-up that Sprinklr built a customization around, to allow us to have multiple users upload videos to their own playlists,Yes,9,8,10,9,Radian6,,As an early customer, we were able to get great rates. My advice? Get in early!User friendly + OrganizedEasy to visualize all aspects of social engagement. Easy to manage social content from users, including flagging items and responding to them. Easy to track engagement.,Need to easier way to create posts.,Positive: Sprinklr is easy to work with and flexible. Customizable content for the brand.,7,9Robust & comprehensive social media management solutionScales very well. You can have a number of users with custom permission levels. The social widgets feature is very powerful and useful once you get the hang of it. The digital asset library is a huge value added component. The approval process for reviewing messages prior to posting on social channels is clean and simple, and very easy to do from the mobile app. The message template feature makes it easy to ensure all users and managers of social channels have consistent and up-to-date messaging. Allows us to be very responsive. The queues and workflow setup makes it very easy to assign messages and monitor how we respond on social.,The old UI still exists in certain areas, though the new UI is much nicer & faster. The Android app is a little buggy and the lack of an iPad app is disappointing. The learning curve can be a little steep because of the many features so it does take some perseverance to really master all the capabilities (reminds me of learning guitar, it take practice, practice, practice).,We are already seeing a shift in customers seeking service on our social channels and we have successfully integrating customer service into our social channel offerings by using Sprinklr. We are seeing a higher level of engagement with our followers and customers. Our response time has increased significantly.,9,9I miss Sprinklr v2Scheduling & Editing posts. Love the drag & drop. Ability to create new vanity URLs directly in Quick Post. This feature seems to have disappeared from Splash and you only have the option to select an existing vanity URL. Ability to easily switch between accounts.,Monitoring Dashboards where you can follow hashtags/users on v2 is extremely slow. I have to use TweetDeck in addition. This looks to be improved on Splash. On v2, we were able to select multiple campaigns during a time frame into one report. On Splash, we can only select one campaign per report. On v2, there was a very useful Channels feature which allowed me to monitor replies, mentions, retweets, and direct messages. They removed this on Splash and you are forced to build this dashboard out yourself. Not sure why they would get rid of a standard dashboard like this since this and the Planner were the two features I used most frequently to post and monitor social conversations.,Increased employee efficiency,7,8Chose Sprinklr for enterprise-level features.Roles and permissions, scheduling, analytics, calendars, reports, customer service, training.,One caveat is that their permissions are on the person and not on the platform. Working with them to address.,Our governance process is now >80% compliant with branded URL shortening, link tracking code and overall compliance.,8,8,Managing of our social media presences across FB, TW, LI, YT, Flickr, Slideshare, Sina, Renren.,,,Implemented in-house,8,Online training In-person training Self-taught,7,8,Base usage does not need training. Sprinklr has been a great partner for us, even though it is quickly growing to adjust to the market. They bend over backwards to ensure our success and the platform is always evolving to better meet our needs.

I really do feel that Sprinklr is the most complete enterprise social media program. It covers everything you would need to do to run a strategic social media program. On top of that, the success managers are really the best. Our success manager goes above and beyond for us and has been so helpful to us with setting up some very specific repots and profiles. Paul (our CSM) has been great about keeping us up to date on the latest features and functionality as well as helping us set up innovative dashboards as need.

Stellar Social Media Content Manager

The content manager for Sprinklr is easier and much more comprehensive than other content managers for social media. I know because I've used many others including HootSuite. The only reason I'm not 100% on board is because I would like to be able to manage much more from the software than just content. Wildfire by Google offers a robust social media marketing suite that allows me to do so much from one place.

My company has a good relationship and they claim to be trying to improve their system. And, their reporting system is the best out of the competition. If we could find a better alternative I'm sure we'd switch.

Sprinklr, a great partner to any social media team

As I was working on behalf of a large enterprise, the Sprinklr team was very responsive and I was pleased with their customer service and ability to work on feature suggestions at a fast pace. This may or may not be the case when you work for a smaller company. So my experience is based on that fact primarily.
The learning curve being a little higher than average, if you deploy Sprinklr to your team it would be ideal to use it as your primary management tool for the long run.

While I have been away from Sprinklr since changing jobs in late 2012, I do miss using it. For larger brands, I recommend using Sprinklr to manage all aspects of your social strategy (reputation management, campaign management, conversation monitoring). If a client is, for example, a local store, I believe there are better solutions available.

As a nonprofit, we have an arrangement that makes Sprinklr affordable for us. In these circumstances, and with v 6.0 coming out, we are very likely to renew. Our entire communications team was recently trained on using Splash, and it promises to be significantly more sophisticated--for the people using it all day every day and for those of us who use it peripherally, but rely heavily on the insights it provides. However, if it were to suddenly become much more expensive to us as a nonprofit, we would likely discontinue and look for a more affordable service.

Sprinklr is a great platform, but the power hitter Radian6 is known by many in the industry. The only reason I wouldn't renew is if I had been offered an extremely generous offer to implement Radian6 with employees again.

Sprinklr has been more than serviceable, and for the money, you won't get a better value. The support team is easy to reach and will work for legitimate issues quickly. The Sprinklr team is easy to work with and won't constantly hassle you to upgrade to a more expensive plan like some of their competitors.

We have been very happy overall with this product.

Sprinklr is good for smaller companies

The platform is better for smaller clients. I work on one of the largest technology brands on the world with over 30 million fans and with the amount of traffic we receive on our pages daily, Sprinklr is just not up to par for moderating. Also, we love UGC. Tweetdeck allows you to catch this content, Sprinklr’s platform currently doesn’t allow this.

I've used a number of social media management tools. At a competitive price, Sprinklr offers the most features needed by a very large organization; one that is trying to scale social media use beyond the communications and marketing departments, and improving our level of customer service and engagement on social channels.
