  • TeamViewer has had a very positive impact on our business as it has allowed us to move to remote work when the pandemic hit. This allowed us to remain fully committed to our customers without having to stop all business transactions.
  • TeamViewer has also allowed us full access to all our systems without the need to maintain a VPN.
  • With TeamViewer, there is no delays when connecting with our end users so their productivity remains constant and all their issues are resolved far faster than having to travel throughout the buildings to resolve issues.

  • TeamViewer has saved money and time traveling to customers, wear and tear on vehicles and allowed more service calls to be completed in a shorter amount of time.
  • I suppose you could call it a negative that you can't really justify charging the same as an on-site service call, at least I can't.

  • TeamViewer allows remote employees to assist from anywhere with an internet connection. This allows our team to be more distributed without physical barriers.
  • The yearly subscription is inexpensive and allows for unlimited updates
  • The subsciption model works very well for us, Teamviewer also makes increasing our license count is very easy if needed.
  • There is no grace period for inadequate licenses, you simply cannot use the product if all of your licenses are in use.

  • Overall, it has had a positive impact from the standpoint that it allows us to do a lot of things remotely, saving them time and expense of traveling to customers' offices for every single task we perform. I do not have exact numbers, though.

  • If you are not using TeamViewer style programs, you have a few alternatives, but their access, security and licensing costs are much higher than TeamViewer costs. In an example scenario; You have to deal with a lot of extra costs such as VPN Server, VPN Client, Domain, Terminal Server, Remote Cal. TeamViewer gives you the advantage to bypass them.
