Before considering zoho CRM there was Salesforce but the high cost kept us away as an option. I feel that Zoho CRM's interface is simpler, more elegant and faster. Zoho CRM options are easier to enable and configure. In our market there are not many CRM options, generally they are developed to the needs of the company but with high costs and with zoho CRM it is possible to have quality software at an affordable price.

Zoho CRM has the main features of major tools in the market, but more cost effective and with better pricing. And compared with most of other platforms, Zoho CRM needs less technical knowledge and skills for module customizations and simple integrations.

More or less all of them were approximately same. What stands apart Zoho is, there is no implementation cost. Also we took Zoho One which has multiple products and was useful for us. The cost of Zoho One was lesser than other CRMs and it was offering us multiple other products as well.

I have explored Zoho Social and Zoho Sign with a free trail account to understand the capabilities and have taken some insight.

I have shared these insight with marketing team and leadership team to evaluate these options for marketing automation and contract signing ease . managing contracts is critical and doing this with a digital signature can save a lot of time and money.

Zoho CRM is similar to Salesforce in that it integrates well with other platforms. Zoho CRM has a lot more features available and is newer than Salesforce, so it seems like it has better features than Salesforce did. We selected Zoho CRM for the robust options they had available to use throughout the platform which allows us to better serve our customers.

The Zoho CRM seemed to stack up great against the other software products we looked at from a price and functionality perspective. We really liked the fact that Zoho was simple and easy. A lot of the other CRM products we encountered had a ton of additional features which were not necessary for our business.

Zoho CRM has features like better support, API integration and ROI for our business, and also as shared before the integration capabilities are like out of the box, so gather all of the collaboration sales management that we need to achieve, Zoho CRM is an ally to our operation in general.

We selected Zoho based on an exploratory phase with a 3rd party tech vendor who sought out recommendations for CRM software based on our criteria. We're mostly happy with the software, but also have felt misled by the claim that there's so many apps you can plug into with Zoho One but many of the apps aren't as great as they say and so we're left disappointed to make this investment, not only money-wise, but time and energy-wise, and feel stuck with what we've got.

We looked at both HubSpot and Zendesk. And we liked both of them. They had the right features and enough customization options to fit our use case scenario. But we liked the pricing and the flexibility of Zoho CRM more. The other really major factor for picking Zoho CRM for us was the fact that we were already using Zoho Desk and planned on using Zoho Campaigns. Integrations with those two [products were] the deciding factor.

Zoho CRM is much more user-friendly and customizable. Great Plains is commonly referred to as 'Great Pains' by most of our organization. The interface is extremely outdated, and the only way to import data is on the back end through complex coding. The only tech support is a pay per user, per month basis. Zoho has included tech support available to any current user at no additional charge and has an awesome support community of documents and case files that are available to anyone requiring support as an option if you're looking for a quick fix and another user had the same or similar question.

Overall Zoho CRM is great. It might not be the best CRM but if you compare the price difference, i think Zoho CRM does wonders. I ll not line it up in the same position with Salesforce and Hubspot but it is full full-capacity CRM. If they add AI capabilities and add more functionality with custom objects it ll really help businesses to achieve more.

While Zoho CRM was not as feature rich as Salesforce.com, it was definitely more affordable. We looked at upgrading our current CRM, Goldmine CRM, but it was too limited and the upgrade offered was not cloud based. We were already a Zoho customer, using Zoho Projects, and felt that Zoho CRM was affordable and provided the features necessary to handle our entire global team.
