SalesForce is used across many departments of our business to manage prospects and clients. This is our key source of information and where a lot of our processes are implemented.

SugarCRM doesn't work so good if you want to track clients with opportunities coming from email campaigns, and this is starting to be an important feature for our company. We also had lots of problems trying to customize and adjust the customer workflows to our needs. I may recommend SugarCRM to ...

The techs are reasonably savvy, highly courteous and want to do right by their customers. Unfortunately, the product they are supporting is so deeply flawed that there's only so much they can do when your legitimate business requirements are simply not supported.

SFDC is FAR BETTER than Microsoft Dynamics. But also, MS was free. So I get what you pay for.

Zoho is secure so you don't have to worry about your clients information being hacked.... Managing under 100 clients in Zoho is an ideal use.

We used Sugar CRM as a lightweight alternative to SFDC for a startup within our existing business. It was used mainly to track and manage leads and customer accounts for planning educational student tours.

It is a fine option for someone looking for a basic social CRM. If you have lots of contacts, want sophisticated automation and/or scoring, or lots of integration with other enterprise solutions, keep looking.

I see so many remote users who simply cannot or will not use a product due to it being too complicated to enter in every touchpoint or request for information or even customer contact information becaus...

Sugar is the most important tool that our sales team has. I can't give it a 10 because it does require some customization...if your business isn't typical or you'd just prefer your CRM to mold to your needs instead of you molding to it's, then I would 100% recommend SugarCRM.

Overall, the program is great. It's user friendly and extremely intuitive, which is great when an application is being used across different departments. People with different skill levels can easily catch on to the different features and customize their individual user experience

The most important point of using a CRM is that it can efficiently, and seamlessly allow your account managers to find and give accounts the attention they need. Sugar has done this for us in the past, it does it now, and it will unequivocally keep doing it the future.
