We use it to automate our marketing strategies with workflows based on activities of our clients, to send emails, create landing pages and forms that allows us to create personas.
  • The possibility to create automated workflows is incredible. This way we can set up triggers to maintain a relationship with our customers in an automated way is really good.
  • Managing everything about our inbound marketing in one place is another strength of HubSpot. Today we create landing pages, manage our social media, send emails, everything inside HubSpot.
  • Creating lists is a good thing, because in this way we can segment our emails to people that are interested in it.
  • I have difiiculty looking for indicators of how well my workflows are performing
  • A dashboard with all information about everything is really needed. The way it is today makes it difficult to understand our performance
Every time I talk about marketing with other people in the industry I mention and recommend HubSpot as a powerful all in one Marketing Automation Tool. With it you can setup campaigns and trigger emails based on actions of people visiting your site. In general HubSpot is one of the best softwares in the market.

Implementing HubSpot and adopting the inbound methodology began as an effort to generate more qualified leads for our agency and apply the inbound methodology to current and prospective customers. The sales and marketing teams within our agency apply HubSpot tactics each day. We are working to address a definitive need within our agency to create an effective online strategy that draws new leads via relevant content and allows us to become more regimented in our approach and tracking.
  • All-in-one platform hits EVERY essential aspect of an online strategy.
  • The marketing and sales resources are IMMENSE. I have found an answer to each and every challenge I've faced when it comes to inbound marketing methodology, tactics or simply how to sell-in the need.
  • The team at HubSpot is incredibly helpful and motivating. Their consistency in client service is a true extension of their over product and business model.
  • The platform can be very intricate with countless capabilities. It can, at times, be overwhelming to be aware of all that is available to you and your clients.
  • The digital integrations have been a bit troublesome at times in terms of optimizing.
  • While training is extremely thorough, a step-by-step prompt to developing your first campaign, blog post with blog tool, email, etc. may ease some of the feeling of being overwhelmed.
I believe that for any company that is looking to develop qualified leads through a thorough online strategy, HubSpot is undoubtedly the best choice. And the amount that you learn and better yourself in the process is fantastic.

Our business provides digital marketing solutions to clients in the automotive industry. We use HubSpot as the blogging/SEO platform for our clients.
  • HubSpot makes keyword research super easy.
  • HubSpot makes keeping track of blog analytics simple.
  • HupSpot serves as an excellent, reliable content management system.
  • I can't think of anything at the moment!
Sometimes we've noticed that HubSpot blogs don't rank quite as well as onsite blogs. I think this is just the nature of the beast, though. Blogging on HubSpot definitely streamlines things in a lot of great ways, however.

We use HubSpot as our primary marketing tool. It is the central hub for all our day-to-day marketing activities. It is primarily used by marketing, but Sales and Account management benefit from lead intelligence. HubSpot solved our problem of having too many digital tools for a variety of functions, now everything is in one place, accessible on any device.
  • Landing pages - the landing page creation is excellent and it's super quick to get a bespoke page published. The fact that its all mobile optimised is brilliant.
  • Integration with SalesForce - the integration is fantastic and seamless. It's great that all areas of the business can benefit from HubSpot reports and intelligence.
  • Reporting - The dashboard and goal settings is great. I can add the digital marketing KPi's and goals to HubSpot, then when I log into my portal I have a single snapshot view of traffic, leads and new contacts performance.
  • Email - The 'standard' templates aren't great and can be clunky. They need to take note from Mailchimp and create loads of free-to-use templates.
  • Performance of the site - The hosting and general responsiveness of HubSpot can sometimes be slow and laggy, perhaps if they regionalised where HubSpot is hosted things would be quicker.
  • Reporting - it's still not there quite yet. Reports need to be slicker and more shareable via email and social media.
It's well suited to a marketing department that has a whole host of tools they're using and want a simple amalgamation of them all. Additionally, a business that has marketing and sales truly integrated will really benefit as the SalesForce interface is fantastic.

The biggest business problem we wanted to address was connecting regularly with our audience. We serve teenagers and young adults world-wide. Most are in crisis and many need resources and referrals. Yet we needed a way to capture information on them so we could follow up and provide ongoing support to them with additional resource offerings. HubSpot allows us to capture needed user information for future use. We email then now, provide additional resources like eBooks through landing pages and generate Calls To Action that provide information relative to the issue/problem they are struggling with.
  • The Call-To-Actions(CTA) are so easy to develop and put into place. We have begun linking our partners to CTAs specific to the service offerings that they have for our audience. This means that other organizations and those they help, are now linked to other partners of TheHopeLine because of our CTAs and the content we provide through them.
  • The partnership experience is wonderful with HubSpot. We see their team as an extension of our team. We have frank and direct conversations on what we can do better, what we should stop doing and how we should improve CTAs etc. Their consultants are priceless to helping us get better at marketing to and communicating with our audience.
  • The Social Inbox is a great plus. It allows us to literally FIND kids that need help by looking for keywords and phrases that pertain to kids in crisis. Once found, we are able to quickly, directly and discreetly connect with that young person and offer them assistance and resources that help them resist bad choices.
  • Hubspots mobile app is terrific. I can see all that I want and need to see from my phone or tablet without having to log in to my desktop. As we launch campaigns, we can track the progress from our phones and we can see how we are doing compared to previous campaigns. I truly value the mobile app.
  • The only thing I can think of is that currently I use another provider for press releases. I wish HubSpot had press release capability as the other provider we use. If they did, I wouldn't need to use the other provider at all. All of my marketing, inbound and outbound to my audience could be done with HubSpot. The real benefit of that would also be that HubSpot consultants are better than those from the other service provider, so I'd prefer to do all things through HubSpot but can't right now.
The key question for us was: How can you help us with inbound and outbound marketing when we have no true marketing expertise, little money and not a lot of time? They were able to honestly and accurately answer those questions and we have found all their answers to be accurate. They told us, "We can help you with everything but time. You must dedicate the time to learning the product and implementing it. If you do that you'll be successful, if you don't, you won't." That was what we needed. Our team worked hard to prove the product would work for us and after they did, our leadership was bought in. We talk now all the time about how far backward we would go if we ever stopped using HubSpot. Is is a necessary tool in our ministry.

We are currently using HubSpot in our Executive Education department for generating inbound leads.
  • HubSpot is a great tool for e-mail marketing, SEO, blog publishing, organic lead generation, and social media monitoring.
  • HubSpot does a great job of organizing all of the tools. The only suggestion I would have in the new COS system is providing a categorization for landing pages and thank you pages. This will help to organize the content even more.
The HubSpot software has helped tremendously in our overall inbound marketing efforts. The software is user friendly and provides access to all of the essential tools needed to be successful in inbound marketing. Whether you are looking for assistance in lead nurturing, e-mail marketing, social media monitoring, blog publishing, etc. HubSpot can assist in all of your overall marketing goals. Our inbound traffic has increased tremendously thanks to HubSpot.

I am the owner, chief marketer and sales person. I use HubSpot personally and fit all the content marketing work into my normal schedule. It helps me interest and educate prospects and customers. Customers are the heaviest users of my site. I love it, when I get notifications when a contact has been to my website and what he is looking at (that is a Signals functionality that cost 10 bucks extra). Two weeks ago I saw that a prospect we had been trying to reach for 4 years was reading an article about Sales Controlling on my website. I contacted him via LinkedIn and wrote: "Long time we did not speak. How is your progress with sales controlling." He wrote back promptly and said "Just when you have a need, providence moves for you." I agreed ;-) We had a sales conversation today and that might bring 6 figures in business. I have a very niche market and cannot afford to miss a single decision maker who is about to pull the trigger on a project. HubSpot and Signals help me do that.
  • Great and easy newsletter functionality. Setting up a newsletter, complete with pictures, landing pages and thank you page takes less than 30 minutes (you have to write the content first, HubSpot does not do that for you ;-) I can do everything myself. No web designer or technical person involved. I am a busy consultant/professional and want to act fast.
  • I like smart Call to Actions (CTAs). A salesperson who visits my site seeks other assets as an owner or manager. The owner of a small furniture store needs a different program than a 100 million dollar business. HubSpot provides me with the means to taylor the goodies offered to them. I also love that I can input CTA chains. That means if you have downloaded goodie A you well be offered goodie B and not A again. So people get moved through the content funnel at their own pace.
  • The templates are really hard to use. When you want to change the structure of a page that requires navigating a very confusing template manager.
  • The social media scheduling module needs a "preview" feature. What does it look like in LinkedIn and how does it look in XING?
  • Sometimes the text editors function in unpredictable ways. I guess the template overrides the local formatting.
If you do not want to produce content and give it away for free to establish a name and a reputation you do not need a content marketing hub (but a lesson about marketing). You need to be willing to invest time in understanding and mastering the product. I would also recommend to move with everything: blog, website, newsletter to the Hubspot platform - EVERYTHING to get the full benefits.

HubSpot is an invaluable tool within our organisation - it automates the boring stuff so you can focus on being creative.

It's easy to get to grips with, and all customer support communications I've had have been fantastic. I don't know how other marketing departments get by without it - it's essentially an extra member of the team.
  • Social publishing: allows you to track your efforts within a given campaign. It demonstrates results very clearly.
  • Resources/training: there is an endless supply of content on various topics. If you have a problem or query, you can guarantee HubSpot will have a blog post, ebook or class to address it.
  • Page performance: I sometimes see discrepancies between what the page performance analysis tells me and what is live on the page itself.
It is well suited to a company that has the time to devote to adjusting to and optimising their use of the tool.

Our company has found great success with using HubSspot. Since implementing the tracking and analytics to our company pages; we have seen an overall increase in leads and traffic flow and where exactly these visitors are coming from. It's an incredibly user friendly platform, making it an easy and efficient way to share projects between team members.
  • Customer Service Calls
  • Simple interface
  • More blog templates
  • Ease of photo editing for blogs
I'd recommend to anyone!

My entire organization utilizes HubSpot for our clients. Through HubSpot, we are able to save our clients time by automating their inbound efforts. It allows us to develop a successful SEO and inbound strategy through its numerous tools. HubSpot makes it possible to analyze our efforts and tactics in real time, making it possible to adjust accordingly. Being able to see what is working best better gives me and my organization the ability to better serve our clients.
  • Analytics - real time tracking of results, CTA clicks, Email opens, etc. gives immediate insight into effective tactics and allows for immediate changes and adjustments when something is not proving effective.
  • Training - videos and certifications are excellent at training users on HubSpot and all of the tools it provides. It is helpful when needing to train clients and explain to them the tools we are using to better serve their company.
  • Ease - HubSpot is very user friendly. It is easy to learn the basics and advanced use can be learned through trainings or user experience. It is so user friendly that advanced tools can usually be figured out as you familiarize yourself with it.
  • Blogging - Formatting can be a challenge in the blog feature. Indenting especially, does not always work as intended.
  • Blog Topic Creator - More topic suggestions would be helpful. Currently finding that minor variations on the same 5-8 topics are suggested.
  • Keyword Tool - Better keyword assistance. Would like to place a set of keywords and automatically have suggested variations of those keywords.
I am always sure to gain the full scope of a client's customer base, budget, and proficiency. Sometimes, it is not the best option for a client with a very limited budget and small customer base. While it is extremely effective as an inbound marketing tool, some clients do not need such a tool.

Over the years, we at Justis Publishing saw our marketing efforts, which were focused on outbound emailing, become increasingly ineffective. We slowly came to realise that advances in the internet had changed buyers' habits for the good. They were responding less and less well to being prospected and approached out of the blue, as they were more likely to tap into websites with good SEO to educate themselves on their options. We began to understand that the only way we could overcome this and properly align our sales and marketing efforts would be through marketing automation, focusing on better content marketing. We shopped around and liked the way HubSpot marketed to us. Their concept of "inbound marketing" resonated and we wanted to emulate it. After a trial, we decided to subscribe and we have been using it throughout 2014 to manage our new blog, landing pages (including those for AdWords), emails, social media and, soon, a new website. It's a slow and at times painful process but the analytics show that it should pay off if we persevere. The service is managed by the marketing team but is also heavily used by our developers, and we have found that using HubSpot helps these two departments work better together, something that's crucial for our line of work. We sell online information for a relatively high price, business to business and with quite long sales cycles. So inbound marketing, which allows us to become a trusted voice to our prospects and customers, serves this business model very well.
  • First and foremost, HubSpot has its methodology spot on. The technology that supports it is great but it means nothing without the thinking behind it. This comes through in their own blogs, in their training videos, in the layout of their tools and in everything they do.
  • HubSpot blogging tools are very easy to use. You can pick them up straightaway.
  • HubSpot offers consultancy sessions for its high-end subscribers. This is an invaluable benefit and helps you get your inbound activities off on the right track. Their customer support is also excellent.
  • An area to sketch out workflows would be helpful but can easily be achieved outside of HubSpot.
  • Management of assets could be improved. Some of the hierarchies are a bit flat.
  • Navigation on the site, particularly when you want to go back a level, isn't always entirely intuitive or expected.
For very big organisations, in-house-developed marketing automation systems that contain more bespoke, business-specific elements might have the edge. But smaller companies don't have that luxury of resource. It's also important to determine where HubSpot will fit in a funnel that doesn't just include your CRM but also includes your accounts and payment platforms.

We are using HubSpot for a product marketing site that is specifically designed for lead generation. HubSpot is the most accurate tool for guiding and measuring digital marketing.
  • HubSpot is a tremendous educator of marketing professionals; engaging them in understanding what they need to know to progress their career and to produce the results associated with that.
  • HubSpot has an intuitive, approachable product supported by an enthusiastic, accessible team.
  • The HubSpot product continues to evolve with the changing landscape of digital marketing.
  • Since there is a vast difference in the experience and skill levels for marketers, there may need to be different approaches to learning the concepts before mastering the product.
HubSpot is very well suited to lead generation where there are specific goals determined. For B2B and for large corporate websites, if the goals are not mapped out in metrics and are mainly focused on visibility and if email marketing and other content marketing is outsourced, it may be a harder sell.

HubSpot is currently being used by the Marketing, Business Development and Tax departments. It allows us to keep all our of records in the one place; where we can access contact details, set up email campaigns, schedule social media posts, analyse website traffic and edit our website. It is a one stop shop for everything our marketing departments need to do.
  • HubSpot allows you to set up effective email marketing campaigns; you can design your own templates, insert social sharing buttons, send to lists of contacts or individuals and then track the progress without a whole lot of effort.
  • Scheduling social media has become extremely easy with the new social inbox. You can see which of your posts are doing well and reschedule them again, as many times as you like. You can also respond to comments and follow accounts directly from HubSpot. Basically HubSpot allows you to schedule and share content on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+ with ease.
  • HubSpot's help team are great; it's definitely one of their strengths. If you need assistance with anything you can arrange a convenient time for them to call you back or else request a reply via email. They are very prompt with their replies and work with you until you come to a solution.
  • Sharing via social media is great, however only four sites are currently integrated. I would like to see functionality to share via Pinterest.
It's best suited to an active marketing or business development department who partakes in email marketing campaigns, produce blog content, promote content via social media, and are constantly updating their website. You need to utilize HubSpot as much as possible to get the most out of the software and to see results in the analytics.

As a contractor for a digital agency, we use HubSpot to set up client blogs, content, and manage our own site and marketing. I also use HubSpot as a reliable source of content ideas and tips. HubSpot gives us a centralized way to track our content's success and an easy way to offer clients a comprehensive digital plan.
  • The site is well organized
  • There are plenty of tutorials both for HubSpot and for general digital marketing techniques
  • There is always new content
  • I'm disappointed when the HubSpot blog and eBooks are repackaged versions of the same content
  • I'd like to see the site expand, offering more that is not directly focused on content marketing/eBooks
I would recommend HubSpot for digital agencies that are looking to grow but do not have the capacity to hire a lot of personnel, since it makes it easy to manage things with a small team.

HubSpot is used by the entire organization but I use it primarily for content creation. The SEO view has particularly been useful while posting blogs. HubsSpot's inbound marketing has helped us generate leads and the interconnected software helps notify the sales rep who then approaches a prospect, easily closing sales thanks to knowledge of the client's personal needs.
  • SEO Optimization

Fonality uses HubSpot as both our marketing automation solution and our content optimization system for www.Fonality.com. The solution is used to support our email marketing, list segmentation and website visitor experience. HubSpot serves as the host for www.Fonality.com.
  • HubSpot has the best customer support organization I have encountered in my 20+ years of using business technology. They are available, friendly, competent and thoughtful.
  • The COS solution for website design and hosting is easy to use and flexible enough to meet most requirements.
  • Smart content is a simple and effective way to customize the website experience for visitors based on past behavior or persona.
  • These are minor issues, however, it would be great if ... When editing website content, spell check is not on by default. It really should be.
  • The meta description field does not include a word count. The page performance report does flag descriptions that are too long, but it would be nice to have that guidance right in the field.
  • I would love to see keyword optimization capabilities right in the page editor.
For website design and hosting, I would recommend HubSpot to most B2B companies. However, those with complicated requirements such as PHP code will find HubSpot too limiting. Limitations make sense because HubSpot hosts the COS sites and must be concerned about security and performance, but if sophisticated coding is a requirement HubSpot will not work. Otherwise, it is a great way to get a nice visitor experience without a lot of technical expertise.

We do not currently use HubSpot across our whole organization, but if we did, each of the features integrate well with the rest, and make for a very simple approach to website management, lead creation and nurturing, etc. We use HubSpot for social media, website content creation, as well as integrate it with our CRM.
  • Social Inbox - provides users a streamlined method to monitor and manage their social media accounts. Finally it includes G+ as a part of their auto-post feature.
  • Reports - not only are the reports comprehensive, they are easily readable with detailed graphs. I also love that they report trends and suggestions to start monitoring certain trends.
  • Easy website content management - for users not as familiar with HTML, HubSpot offers an easy way to quickly modify website text. Template creation is also quite easy and can be quickly created with a drag-and-drop feature.
  • Blog tools - Hubspot inspired us to write a blog a day, and their SEO tools that auto-checks uploaded blogs before posting them has helped us generate more traffic to our blogs and website. The tools check your blog to ensure that keywords are included in your title and meta description as well as in the body of the blog, but also makes sure the keywords aren't overused. These suggestions are VERY useful and make posting content quick and easy!
  • Social Inbox - G+ is finally part of social inbox, however only Twitter has the connection to connected users. If there are posts in which I want to be sure others are mentioned, I'll usually go directly to the social media platform to get that interaction, rather than posting on HubSpot without it.
It's well-suited for customers who want to manage all content in-house. It is less appropriate for customers who are already situated with custom reporting strategies, or work with a marketing firm to help with SEO, blogs, social media, lead generation, etc. Key questions to ask during the selection process - How much training or one-on-one is provided weekly? Monthly? How can it be integrated with systems already being utilized at the customer's company?

We are a marketing agency, so in many ways HubSpot is the hub of all of our work. It is used across the organization and it helps up decide how to help our clients reach their goals, tracks analytics, and keeps everyone sane in the process. We also use the Academy to help our new hires get caught up and understand more of how we operate.
  • HubSpot is great for connecting all of your online marketing activities. It's easy to keep a consistent brand image across your entire website, including landing pages, CTAs and even email.
  • HubSpot connects to many other types of software, like Salesforce, making it a great took for your sales team as well as the marketing department.
  • As a relatively new HubSpot user, I appreciate the AWESOME support I get at HubSpot. Their support team is knowledgeable and helpful (and very friendly), they have tons of online resources, and they're always writing great new content to help me be a better HubSpot user and smarter marketer.
  • With such a quickly growing company, it can be hard for the employees to keep up with all the changes and continue to move on projects, especially as more important or urgent ones come up. One of the (few) things I sometimes get frustrated with is hearing about a great new feature or product, and then having to wait for months to actually start to see the implementation of it.
  • The other place I see HubSpot could improve is its collaboration capabilities. My coworkers and I often want to be looking at the same blog post or landing page at once while we edit/review it together. Unfortunately, only one user is allowed on an editing page at once.
In most cases, I would recommend HubSpot for a company's marketing needs. However, very small, mom-and-pop types of businesses (because the cost is greater than the ROI potential), and hyper-local businesses may not benefit as much as other businesses. But B2B, B2C, B2G, and anything in between can definitely see incredible results from using HubSpot.

We use HubSpot to manage our website, generate leads, and analyze our success/areas for improvement. Our entire organization contributes to the use of HubSpot including blogging, updating the website, and analysis. HubSpot provides an easy website management solution that allows us to blog, analyze, capture leads, email leads and keep track of contacts. Overall, it's been a great tool for us to grow our business.
  • HubSpot provides excellent customer service. When a problem arises (for us or a client) we can pick up the phone and the problem is often resolved on one call. If not, they will keep working with you until it is resolved.
  • Their blogging tool is outstanding. It allows you to easily add a blog to any website.
  • It's easy to use. Like anything else there is a learning curve but once you understand the software it work flawlessly to help us achieve our marketing goals.
  • It takes some time for your website to be migrated to the HubSpot platform. This means you should plan in advance for when you want to use it.
  • The workflows feature can be confusing. It's involves a serious understanding of how that process works.
I think it's important for businesses to know which level of HubSpot to purchase. We have met with customers who purchased a professional level when basic would have done the trick for them. HubSpot has many tools and it's a common misconception you need to use all of them for the software to be worth it. We have found that using it for blogging and lead generation is great. Then you can integrate email marketing, tracking competition and keyword success. It's a great tool with a lot of functions and trying to do it all at once can be overwhelming. Be patient with the tools and take the time to learn how each function can benefit your business.

HubSpot is hands down one of the best Marketing Automation/Inbound Marketing tools available today. The feature selection covers everything an internet marketer will need for their job. I highly recommend HubSpot to start-ups and small businesses.
  • Email Marketing
  • SEO/Keywords
  • Landing Page and Conversions
  • Needs more Segmentation features
  • An added SEO page crawler feature will be a huge plus
  • Additional automated actions would be useful
It is well suited for companies that are going to invest a lot of time, money, and effort into internet marketing. HubSpot is not suited for small marketing teams as they will be overwhelmed quickly by the massive amount of features.

I work at a digital marketing agency and my department uses hubspot to host blogs for some of our clients. This includes publishing content, creating landing pages, generating leads and monitoring traffic to the blog.
  • Publishing content is very user friendly and is easy to learn and teach to new employees.
  • I like the lead capturing process and the data that is provided for us on the backend.
  • Keyword research is easy using hubspot compared to other online resources.
  • Customer service is not always prompt when there is a question or concern.
  • Communication could be better-for example I wasn't notified when I received a new account rep. until I reached out for help with an issue.
  • I think we should be able to access billing info from our end. It would be helpful if receipts or charges were displayed somewhere else besides email notifications.
We do on-site blogging for some clients and use HubSpot for the rest. I usually recommend HubSpot if a client is wary about us being on their actual site.

HubSpot is used across our entire organization. It is used most heavily by those in account management and creative design with our clients, but it is used strongly by marketing as well as client relations and even lightly by our receptionist. We are very active in addressing any product updates across the organization and discussing how they can benefit each individual user. We also strive for every employee to be not only inbound certified but hubspot certified and most partner certified. In regards to what business problems it addresses, it helps solve many for each individual role. In my role specifically, I use it to send out newsletters, post blog articles, publish case studies, and automate responders for client webinars we will be holding. With no background in design, it makes it simple to create streamlined, visually appealing content all on my own. It helps me be independent in all of my projects and also allows me to monitor the success of each of these campaigns and analyze them to improve each new step moving forward.
  • HubSpot allows you to take control of your projects. With tools such as the CTA builder, landing page creator, etc. I can create everything I need for my client delight campaigns on my own with occasional help from a designer or developer.
  • HubSpot also does a really good job of reaching out to their partners and getting their feedback on how to improve the software. I recently did a feedback run through on an upcoming blog dashboard and was delighted to see some of the things that me and my colleague suggested in full force. It really makes you feel like you have an effect on how HubSpot grows and changes over time and that they really listen and genuinely care about the needs of their users.
  • I also really like the various metrics HubSpot allows a user to track very easily. As someone who puts together the case studies for my company, it helps tremendously to have a ton of useful information already tracked and easily digested on all of the KPI's we care about for our clients. The source report is great, and the organization of it and ability to manipulate what data is shown allows for great visuals that can be used to represent information shared in the case studies.
  • I would like if the dashboard for each of our clients had 'all time' as a drop down option for the data that they are displaying. It is a great compilation of metrics, and being able to view overall growth in one area for landing pages, blog posts, emails, etc. would be very convenient.
  • The ability to add a contact while in a list would also be useful. Maybe it is something that I am missing because it seems so logical, but having to go back to the contact page to add a contact as opposed to just adding it to a specific list you're viewing is an extra step that could be cut out.
  • The ability to add a list of twitter usernames that you follow under social monitoring would also be beneficial. Currently, many of our clients aren't showing up in the social inbox tool even though I am following a list of those who are lifecycle stage client. In order to overcome this I had to go and make a list in twitter and then follow that list in HubSpot, so being able to just do it right in HubSpot would again be desirable.
I think that HubSpot is a very useful tool that is beneficial to have in any inbound marketing situation, whether it be a business marketing in-house or an agency hired to market. Everything that HubSpot allows you to do saves time and provides value in the sense that it allows you to quickly analyze all of your strategies and improve.
