(576-600 of 654)Hubspot All in One Marketing Automation Tool
- The possibility to create automated workflows is incredible. This way we can set up triggers to maintain a relationship with our customers in an automated way is really good.
- Managing everything about our inbound marketing in one place is another strength of HubSpot. Today we create landing pages, manage our social media, send emails, everything inside HubSpot.
- Creating lists is a good thing, because in this way we can segment our emails to people that are interested in it.
- I have difiiculty looking for indicators of how well my workflows are performing
- A dashboard with all information about everything is really needed. The way it is today makes it difficult to understand our performance
How HubSpot is Changing Our Agency
- All-in-one platform hits EVERY essential aspect of an online strategy.
- The marketing and sales resources are IMMENSE. I have found an answer to each and every challenge I've faced when it comes to inbound marketing methodology, tactics or simply how to sell-in the need.
- The team at HubSpot is incredibly helpful and motivating. Their consistency in client service is a true extension of their over product and business model.
- The platform can be very intricate with countless capabilities. It can, at times, be overwhelming to be aware of all that is available to you and your clients.
- The digital integrations have been a bit troublesome at times in terms of optimizing.
- While training is extremely thorough, a step-by-step prompt to developing your first campaign, blog post with blog tool, email, etc. may ease some of the feeling of being overwhelmed.
HubSpot Serves Its Purpose Well!
- HubSpot makes keyword research super easy.
- HubSpot makes keeping track of blog analytics simple.
- HupSpot serves as an excellent, reliable content management system.
- I can't think of anything at the moment!
HubSpot...the only way to do marketing
- Landing pages - the landing page creation is excellent and it's super quick to get a bespoke page published. The fact that its all mobile optimised is brilliant.
- Integration with SalesForce - the integration is fantastic and seamless. It's great that all areas of the business can benefit from HubSpot reports and intelligence.
- Reporting - The dashboard and goal settings is great. I can add the digital marketing KPi's and goals to HubSpot, then when I log into my portal I have a single snapshot view of traffic, leads and new contacts performance.
- Email - The 'standard' templates aren't great and can be clunky. They need to take note from Mailchimp and create loads of free-to-use templates.
- Performance of the site - The hosting and general responsiveness of HubSpot can sometimes be slow and laggy, perhaps if they regionalised where HubSpot is hosted things would be quicker.
- Reporting - it's still not there quite yet. Reports need to be slicker and more shareable via email and social media.
The Best Decision We've Ever Made
- The Call-To-Actions(CTA) are so easy to develop and put into place. We have begun linking our partners to CTAs specific to the service offerings that they have for our audience. This means that other organizations and those they help, are now linked to other partners of TheHopeLine because of our CTAs and the content we provide through them.
- The partnership experience is wonderful with HubSpot. We see their team as an extension of our team. We have frank and direct conversations on what we can do better, what we should stop doing and how we should improve CTAs etc. Their consultants are priceless to helping us get better at marketing to and communicating with our audience.
- The Social Inbox is a great plus. It allows us to literally FIND kids that need help by looking for keywords and phrases that pertain to kids in crisis. Once found, we are able to quickly, directly and discreetly connect with that young person and offer them assistance and resources that help them resist bad choices.
- Hubspots mobile app is terrific. I can see all that I want and need to see from my phone or tablet without having to log in to my desktop. As we launch campaigns, we can track the progress from our phones and we can see how we are doing compared to previous campaigns. I truly value the mobile app.
- The only thing I can think of is that currently I use another provider for press releases. I wish HubSpot had press release capability as the other provider we use. If they did, I wouldn't need to use the other provider at all. All of my marketing, inbound and outbound to my audience could be done with HubSpot. The real benefit of that would also be that HubSpot consultants are better than those from the other service provider, so I'd prefer to do all things through HubSpot but can't right now.
Great All-in-One Inbound Marketing Software
- HubSpot is a great tool for e-mail marketing, SEO, blog publishing, organic lead generation, and social media monitoring.
- HubSpot does a great job of organizing all of the tools. The only suggestion I would have in the new COS system is providing a categorization for landing pages and thank you pages. This will help to organize the content even more.
HubSpot helped me gain around 200.000 in extra revenue and allowed me to quintuple my output as a marketer
- Great and easy newsletter functionality. Setting up a newsletter, complete with pictures, landing pages and thank you page takes less than 30 minutes (you have to write the content first, HubSpot does not do that for you ;-) I can do everything myself. No web designer or technical person involved. I am a busy consultant/professional and want to act fast.
- I like smart Call to Actions (CTAs). A salesperson who visits my site seeks other assets as an owner or manager. The owner of a small furniture store needs a different program than a 100 million dollar business. HubSpot provides me with the means to taylor the goodies offered to them. I also love that I can input CTA chains. That means if you have downloaded goodie A you well be offered goodie B and not A again. So people get moved through the content funnel at their own pace.
- The templates are really hard to use. When you want to change the structure of a page that requires navigating a very confusing template manager.
- The social media scheduling module needs a "preview" feature. What does it look like in LinkedIn and how does it look in XING?
- Sometimes the text editors function in unpredictable ways. I guess the template overrides the local formatting.
Hits the spot
It's easy to get to grips with, and all customer support communications I've had have been fantastic. I don't know how other marketing departments get by without it - it's essentially an extra member of the team.
- Social publishing: allows you to track your efforts within a given campaign. It demonstrates results very clearly.
- Resources/training: there is an endless supply of content on various topics. If you have a problem or query, you can guarantee HubSpot will have a blog post, ebook or class to address it.
- Page performance: I sometimes see discrepancies between what the page performance analysis tells me and what is live on the page itself.
HubSpot Success!
- Customer Service Calls
- Simple interface
- More blog templates
- Ease of photo editing for blogs
The Only Inbound Marketing Tool I Need
- Analytics - real time tracking of results, CTA clicks, Email opens, etc. gives immediate insight into effective tactics and allows for immediate changes and adjustments when something is not proving effective.
- Training - videos and certifications are excellent at training users on HubSpot and all of the tools it provides. It is helpful when needing to train clients and explain to them the tools we are using to better serve their company.
- Ease - HubSpot is very user friendly. It is easy to learn the basics and advanced use can be learned through trainings or user experience. It is so user friendly that advanced tools can usually be figured out as you familiarize yourself with it.
- Blogging - Formatting can be a challenge in the blog feature. Indenting especially, does not always work as intended.
- Blog Topic Creator - More topic suggestions would be helpful. Currently finding that minor variations on the same 5-8 topics are suggested.
- Keyword Tool - Better keyword assistance. Would like to place a set of keywords and automatically have suggested variations of those keywords.
- First and foremost, HubSpot has its methodology spot on. The technology that supports it is great but it means nothing without the thinking behind it. This comes through in their own blogs, in their training videos, in the layout of their tools and in everything they do.
- HubSpot blogging tools are very easy to use. You can pick them up straightaway.
- HubSpot offers consultancy sessions for its high-end subscribers. This is an invaluable benefit and helps you get your inbound activities off on the right track. Their customer support is also excellent.
- An area to sketch out workflows would be helpful but can easily be achieved outside of HubSpot.
- Management of assets could be improved. Some of the hierarchies are a bit flat.
- Navigation on the site, particularly when you want to go back a level, isn't always entirely intuitive or expected.
- HubSpot is a tremendous educator of marketing professionals; engaging them in understanding what they need to know to progress their career and to produce the results associated with that.
- HubSpot has an intuitive, approachable product supported by an enthusiastic, accessible team.
- The HubSpot product continues to evolve with the changing landscape of digital marketing.
- Since there is a vast difference in the experience and skill levels for marketers, there may need to be different approaches to learning the concepts before mastering the product.
- HubSpot allows you to set up effective email marketing campaigns; you can design your own templates, insert social sharing buttons, send to lists of contacts or individuals and then track the progress without a whole lot of effort.
- Scheduling social media has become extremely easy with the new social inbox. You can see which of your posts are doing well and reschedule them again, as many times as you like. You can also respond to comments and follow accounts directly from HubSpot. Basically HubSpot allows you to schedule and share content on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+ with ease.
- HubSpot's help team are great; it's definitely one of their strengths. If you need assistance with anything you can arrange a convenient time for them to call you back or else request a reply via email. They are very prompt with their replies and work with you until you come to a solution.
- Sharing via social media is great, however only four sites are currently integrated. I would like to see functionality to share via Pinterest.
HubSpot Makes Small Teams Feel Big
- The site is well organized
- There are plenty of tutorials both for HubSpot and for general digital marketing techniques
- There is always new content
- I'm disappointed when the HubSpot blog and eBooks are repackaged versions of the same content
- I'd like to see the site expand, offering more that is not directly focused on content marketing/eBooks
Inbound Marketing Experts: HubSpot
- SEO Optimization
- Generating Leads
- Personalizing Website
- Text formatting options while blogging could be more user-friendly
Happy Times with HubSpot
- Customer support is AMAZING!
- Signals is my favorite product and helps me dominate sales.
- Their interface and usability is extremely delicious.
- Great white papers and content to help me succeed.
- I don't see anything missing from HubSpot.
- Their social media tool could connect with more social networks.
Hubspot will help your business.
- Blog Engine
- Landing Pages
- Workflows
- Email
- CTA's
- Reporting on specific blogs to see engagement over time on a particular blog, in a chart form by day, week, month, year.
- HubSpot has the best customer support organization I have encountered in my 20+ years of using business technology. They are available, friendly, competent and thoughtful.
- The COS solution for website design and hosting is easy to use and flexible enough to meet most requirements.
- Smart content is a simple and effective way to customize the website experience for visitors based on past behavior or persona.
- These are minor issues, however, it would be great if ... When editing website content, spell check is not on by default. It really should be.
- The meta description field does not include a word count. The page performance report does flag descriptions that are too long, but it would be nice to have that guidance right in the field.
- I would love to see keyword optimization capabilities right in the page editor.
Use HubSpot, and you'll never go back.
- Social Inbox - provides users a streamlined method to monitor and manage their social media accounts. Finally it includes G+ as a part of their auto-post feature.
- Reports - not only are the reports comprehensive, they are easily readable with detailed graphs. I also love that they report trends and suggestions to start monitoring certain trends.
- Easy website content management - for users not as familiar with HTML, HubSpot offers an easy way to quickly modify website text. Template creation is also quite easy and can be quickly created with a drag-and-drop feature.
- Blog tools - Hubspot inspired us to write a blog a day, and their SEO tools that auto-checks uploaded blogs before posting them has helped us generate more traffic to our blogs and website. The tools check your blog to ensure that keywords are included in your title and meta description as well as in the body of the blog, but also makes sure the keywords aren't overused. These suggestions are VERY useful and make posting content quick and easy!
- Social Inbox - G+ is finally part of social inbox, however only Twitter has the connection to connected users. If there are posts in which I want to be sure others are mentioned, I'll usually go directly to the social media platform to get that interaction, rather than posting on HubSpot without it.
- HubSpot is great for connecting all of your online marketing activities. It's easy to keep a consistent brand image across your entire website, including landing pages, CTAs and even email.
- HubSpot connects to many other types of software, like Salesforce, making it a great took for your sales team as well as the marketing department.
- As a relatively new HubSpot user, I appreciate the AWESOME support I get at HubSpot. Their support team is knowledgeable and helpful (and very friendly), they have tons of online resources, and they're always writing great new content to help me be a better HubSpot user and smarter marketer.
- With such a quickly growing company, it can be hard for the employees to keep up with all the changes and continue to move on projects, especially as more important or urgent ones come up. One of the (few) things I sometimes get frustrated with is hearing about a great new feature or product, and then having to wait for months to actually start to see the implementation of it.
- The other place I see HubSpot could improve is its collaboration capabilities. My coworkers and I often want to be looking at the same blog post or landing page at once while we edit/review it together. Unfortunately, only one user is allowed on an editing page at once.
HubSpot is my LoveSpot
- Find qualified leads
- Educate
- Streamline communications
- Comments sections on blog
- Pinterest button on blog
- Analytics on dashboard glitch
- Pinterest analytics
- HubSpot provides excellent customer service. When a problem arises (for us or a client) we can pick up the phone and the problem is often resolved on one call. If not, they will keep working with you until it is resolved.
- Their blogging tool is outstanding. It allows you to easily add a blog to any website.
- It's easy to use. Like anything else there is a learning curve but once you understand the software it work flawlessly to help us achieve our marketing goals.
- It takes some time for your website to be migrated to the HubSpot platform. This means you should plan in advance for when you want to use it.
- The workflows feature can be confusing. It's involves a serious understanding of how that process works.
HubSpot Review
- Email Marketing
- SEO/Keywords
- Landing Page and Conversions
- Needs more Segmentation features
- An added SEO page crawler feature will be a huge plus
- Additional automated actions would be useful
User Review of HubSpot
- Publishing content is very user friendly and is easy to learn and teach to new employees.
- I like the lead capturing process and the data that is provided for us on the backend.
- Keyword research is easy using hubspot compared to other online resources.
- Customer service is not always prompt when there is a question or concern.
- Communication could be better-for example I wasn't notified when I received a new account rep. until I reached out for help with an issue.
- I think we should be able to access billing info from our end. It would be helpful if receipts or charges were displayed somewhere else besides email notifications.
HubSpot Gets Five Stars From Me
- HubSpot allows you to take control of your projects. With tools such as the CTA builder, landing page creator, etc. I can create everything I need for my client delight campaigns on my own with occasional help from a designer or developer.
- HubSpot also does a really good job of reaching out to their partners and getting their feedback on how to improve the software. I recently did a feedback run through on an upcoming blog dashboard and was delighted to see some of the things that me and my colleague suggested in full force. It really makes you feel like you have an effect on how HubSpot grows and changes over time and that they really listen and genuinely care about the needs of their users.
- I also really like the various metrics HubSpot allows a user to track very easily. As someone who puts together the case studies for my company, it helps tremendously to have a ton of useful information already tracked and easily digested on all of the KPI's we care about for our clients. The source report is great, and the organization of it and ability to manipulate what data is shown allows for great visuals that can be used to represent information shared in the case studies.
- I would like if the dashboard for each of our clients had 'all time' as a drop down option for the data that they are displaying. It is a great compilation of metrics, and being able to view overall growth in one area for landing pages, blog posts, emails, etc. would be very convenient.
- The ability to add a contact while in a list would also be useful. Maybe it is something that I am missing because it seems so logical, but having to go back to the contact page to add a contact as opposed to just adding it to a specific list you're viewing is an extra step that could be cut out.
- The ability to add a list of twitter usernames that you follow under social monitoring would also be beneficial. Currently, many of our clients aren't showing up in the social inbox tool even though I am following a list of those who are lifecycle stage client. In order to overcome this I had to go and make a list in twitter and then follow that list in HubSpot, so being able to just do it right in HubSpot would again be desirable.
