- It has been useful to use TeamViewer to get our job done pretty faster and easier. Helps with training and helps Users and our Team to be on the same page by seeing and sharing same screen

- Our Clients use a free version of TeamViewer as they do not remotely access any devices except for us who have to access the devices remotely. I would encourage users to use a free version if they are not going to use it for accessing other PCs but also encourage them to get a licensed one should there be funds to do so for more features

"Essential for my work in the home office"
- It has only ever bothered me that I needed someone to set up my computer when I had to work from home, or that I had to start the computer early in the morning. This makes spontaneous home offices occasionally a little more difficult.
- Unfortunately, there were frequent issues with the "Fernsteuerung" function in the past. This appears to be a "Apple Problem." It turns out that while I can release my screen for viewing by others, remote control from my IT colleagues does not function. The program always needs a release from the user interface guides. If this is not turned on, no remote control operation is possible.
- I use Team Viewer to provide remote maintenance in order to fix users' issues. This has the advantage that I can solve many issues from home and don't need to be there.
