  • Less face-to-face communication: if we extend the formula in days and employees, the communication will change ostensibly.
  • Control Difficulty: although studies speak of a bond with the employee, remote team management is more complicated.
  • The work environment will be lost and it is very likely that professionals will have a less global perception of the work carried out by the company.

  • Tens of hundreds of hours were saved by being able to easily remote into an end user system instead of having to attempt to walk through a problem on the phone. This alone has saved us thousands of dollars in saved man hours spent resolving end user workstation problems.
  • Using TeamViewer significantly reduced the stress of daily support tasks and routines.
  • End users were able to get back to work more quickly after implementing TeamViewer. This ensures end users can get back to work faster and thus maintain a high level of productivity.

  • TeamViewer is priced higher than other solutions that can work well for less....or even for free such as AnyDesk. This reduces ROI compared to other options.
  • TeamViewer is the platform we would prefer to use as our main remote support platform, but they priced themselves out of contention.

  • Allows organization's to hold on to expensive equipment, while still providing employees access to required resources
  • Being able to disable the remote access of any separated employee is great for keeping all of the company data in house
  • The products are not inexpensive, you will have to dish out a lot of money to get the better features

  • Teamviewer has allowed us to lessen the need to visit user desktops. This in turn has [led] to [fewer] IT department staffing needs as well as less prospective travel.
  • The program has also allowed us to access computers when someone was not present on the other side. An additional function that allows us to lower [our] total IT staffing footprint.
  • It [has led] to better user satisfaction with the IT department due to lessening the need for users to explain issues. We just need to jump into a session and see it for ourselves.
  • The ability to train users on other software, using Teamviewer sessions, has helped us to move forward with software rollouts much more effectively.
