We mostly focus on helping clients manage their lead database, whether it be ensuring the database is healthy and contains accurate information, ensure the correct data points (i.e. Person Source, Scores, etc.) are populated on the lead record at the appropriate time, and ensure their is a clean handoff between marketing and sales at exactly the right time with all of the necessary information for the sales team.

We use Marketo to assist with product launches by reaching out to new business contacts and informing them of our new features. The goal here is to drive growth in new markets. For lead management, we use this feature to help prioritize leads for our sales team to work or ensure they are working the most engaged contacts. As for prospecting and new business, we use this feature to drive interest and hopefully MQLs for our sales team to increase net new revenue.

We use Adobe Marketo Engage for email marketing, campaign management, web forms, and a lot more with the ability to upload information to salesforce for our sellers. I don't know that there is a software that is a one stop shop for everything we do. I know there are so many other features available that help our marketing department, but I only scratch the surface.

So we have webinars, roundtables, surveys & reports which we send the clients. Our goal is to have maximum registrations. Sometimes it becomes difficult to track the leads, but reports and email performance chart helps. Sending emails on daily and weekly basis that's what help us. We can clone the emails tweak it and schedule it as per the dates we want. So when we have big webinars or online event it becomes an primary tools for us to get the registrants.

We are trying to drive product engagement and reach audiences as best as possible. We use Adobe Marketo Engage to gather critical information so we can turn a prospect into a full lead. The outcome we're hoping for is maximum engagement. The goal is to attain maximum visibility and conversions within the existing clients and hopefully automating the entire process with help of a simpler user experience to minimize manual work and have pre-made data. Marketo helps with the above greatly although addressing the pain points nevertheless would be helpful

For communication with existing customers, Adobe Marketo Engage serves our purposes well. In those cases, we're trying to keep them informed and to think of our product as needs arise. For lead management, it requires a lot of troubleshooting. We'd like to keep track of which sources and activities are converting. It seems like something that shouldn't require much work after initial setup, but it needs monitoring.

Our main goal with using Adobe Marketo Engage is to increase net new leads that convert into product sales (revenue). As a month-to-month SaaS organization, we track MRR more heavily than ARR. The focus is to increase MRR and this is accomplished by tracking lead behavior and scoring them appropriately through Adobe Marketo Engage.

Increasing revenue with existing customers has never been easier with Adobe Marketo Engage! It helps with nurture email campaigns to increase leads. At my company our main marketing focus is demand growth which Adobe Marketo Engage helps with every single time. It is also great to catch those in the marketing funnel that have fallen off and coordinate with the sales team.
