  • HubSpot's tools allow for increased employee efficiency because it is easy to use and you can do everything in one place without difficulty.
  • HubSpot allows you to manage leads more effectively since you know who they are and where they came from. It is easy to begin targeted campaigns when you know what interests your leads.

  • Efficiency is a large benefit of HubSpot. Many tedious tasks are streamlined such as social media monitoring and lead nurturing. This allows you to focus more on strategy instead of execution.
  • HubSpot allows you to track almost everything you do which helps you to convert more leads. You can see what is actually working and put more effort into those areas instead of just guessing what type of tactics are working.
  • I think that HubSpot allows you to provide a better experience for the end users since you have a larger grasp at what is going on from a high level all of the way down to individual pages. You can customize your site and approach appropriately in order to delight the customer.

  • As mentioned earlier, my website traffic has increased 500%. I lack conversions, but this is my issue, not HubSpot's. Although it might be nice to have some webinars on the topic; surely I'm not the only one with that issue!
  • The most positive impact (other than the aforementioned increase in traffic) is having the ability to make immediate changes to my website to meet changing conditions.

  • Positive: using Hubspot has helped us qualify leads much better. Before we would have a exploratory call or two with a prospect and then send a budget and proposal. Hubspot has helped us turn cold leads into warm and push them down a funnel, not necessarily faster, but more qualified so we aren't giving away our secrets to anyone!
  • Positive: from blogging 3x/week, our Google page rank has increased exponentially. We have jumped for multiple keywords and search terms to the first page.

  • The new HubSpot Content Management System has super-fast page load times. This is showing up in my search engine rankings and traffic.

  • Leads from our digital marketing efforts have resulted in 4 closed customers over the past 2.5 years. Our sales cycle is anywhere from 6 months - 3 years, so this isn't bad at all, especially with a large contract amount per customer.
  • Leads generated using Hubspot come in 24/7, almost like having a sales guy pounding the streets on nights and weekends as well as during normal business hours. Much more efficient lead conversion, and much higher lead quality (and percentage of project discovery) than produced with other sales strategies like Dodge Reports, cold calls, emailing.

  • The big ROI is the efficiency it offers our team. It's very easy to build quick landing pages or registration forms that can all be tracked on the website. Posting content to the site could not be easier which certainly makes the team highly efficient. The other side of that coin is that, although very easy to use, the end result is not likely to wow customers. There is some trade-off between employee efficiency and cutting edge capabilities.

  • It's still difficult to ascertain ROI on our campaigns because our sales cycle can take almost a year. I believe, however, that we can at least measure the effectiveness of campaigns on generating leads, for example, that were once difficult to measure, such as in social media.
