Reviews
(1-25 of 181)Modern CMS, CRM, and Email Marketing
- Centralized contact management
- Ease of use
- Email creative
- Landing page management
- Contact quantity management
- User guardrails
- Account management
I did not want to try Hubspot. I pushed myself and I am so happy I did. It made my work so much easier.
- Tracking communication
- Templates
- Organizing the day's work
- Reliability of data
- Offering details about which campaigns worked and provided leads
- Setting up deals (maybe just hard for me)
- Sharing templates with others
- Setting up dashboards
To be honest, if you are in sales and marketing, I cannot think of scenarios where HubSpot Marketing Hub cannot help. All I would like to say is, when using templates, pay attention to where you send them - you may need some personalization. I would encourage the management of HubSpot Marketing Hub to create short tutorials for beginners like me who need to configure and start using various features: setting up deals, templates, and dashboards.
- Easy to use
- Contact details on Members
- Email scheduling
- Reporting
- Building emails from HTML
- Personalization for more than 2 segments
- No SMS
Hubspot is spot on for scaling B2B SaaS companies
- All-in-one software - the main thing HubSpot does well is the breadth of functionality.
- Easy of use - personally, I find it more intuitive than Marketo, which is the other MAP that I know well.
- Ads - I like that we can drill down on ads by channel, ad group, campaign, and even create and see performance data at each level.
- ABM - HubSpot was built for inbound marketing, which is lead-centric. There is now ABM functionality, but it's less developed than other parts of the platform.
- CMS - I found their page builder relatively difficult to use. I would recommend using a landing page builder like unbounce as a complement to HubSpot.
- Reporting - I've run into more limitations with HubSpot report building than I have in Salesforce.
Go for it! Hubspot never lets your marketing plans come down.
- Run email campaigns with high delivery rate
- Lead managing
- Best customer service
- Helps in lead conversion
- SEO, Blogs and social media availability
- Mobile app can be improved a lot.
- Bit pricy.
Hubspot does a lot of things well but only some things really well
- A/B testing has been really effective for our landing pages and emails.
- Adding our website to Hubspot has made it easier to make fast changes and get quality data and insights.
- Emails are easy to create and share between teams to get feedback and collaborate on.
- While Hubspot has added some collaborative tools, I think this could improve. I'd like to see more options to comment on emails and ways of being able to share out changes as well as approval channels.
- The ability to update ads via the calendar is pretty cumbersome. There's no good way to bulk edit or update. You have go into each one individually.
- Real time edits would be nice. If you have multiple people working on the same thing, you'll get kicked out and your changes might not be saved.
My number 1 choice of CRM, but it needs updates!
- Workflows
- Landing page Creation
- Campaign tracking
- Better integration with Salesforce
- Easier template editing
- Easier access to custom fonts
HubSpot - The future of marketing automation
- Landing page creation.
- A/B testing.
- Analytics.
- Content segmentation.
- Not enough reporting.
- scoring system is very basic.
- Analytics are not good enough.
It's worth taking the leap!
- Landing Pages
- Nurture/Drip
- Sales Enablement
- Grid system for web design
- Customizable reporting could use some work
- Email development is more hand held than customized
HubSpot's Marketing Hub provides all the necessary tools for your small/medium sized tech company!
- Integrations
- UI loading times are fast
- Easy access to support
- Ease of use
- No current cons
- The overall user interface is great, very easy to learn and navigate.
- The email builder is pretty intuitive, and even the default templates look nice.
- Like anything with HubSpot, it gets updates pretty frequently to enhance the features and experience.
- The forms feature doesn't really have a good "preview", and instead just gives you the real link. Sadly this means test submissions result in real data that needs to be cleaned up later.
HubSpot is the only way to go
- HubSpot makes managing my website really easy. I don't have a lot of experience with maintaining webpages and I don't understand computer code, so using HubSpots program is so easy because I don't need to have the website background one might think they need because they provide you everything so any normal person can do it.
- Tracking potential customers is so easy. I love how HubSpot keeps track of when and were a lead was on your website. It helps me know where we are in the sales process.
- I really like how easy it is to use HubSpot's email. I send out emails a lot, and it nice to be able to use a program that is so user friendly.
- I can't think of anything at this time. HubSpot is always making improvements to their programs which is awesome from an end users viewpoint.
Hubspot will hold your hand, teach you the software, and send you off in a new direction - Inbound Marketing
- Hubspot account teams & consultants are top notch - they take the time to train you on the software and ensure that you are sent off in the right direction before getting into the software too deep
- Hubspot has a whole ton of features and a lot of fun bells and whistles - AND it is user friendly! Some of my favorite features are the page performance feature (breakdown of individual pages within your site and their search engine friendliness), tracking URL builder (it can be tough to follow multiple campaigns and sources, the tracking URL builder really helps!) and finally, the social monitoring tool (it's like hootsuite for your lead database!). Beginner's and experts can make use of the software and many of its features
- Hubspot's technical support team made it very quick and easy to get us set up - and if we ran into a problem, we found their support to be helpful and quick.
- I would advise Hubspot offering higher quality templates for landing pages. Without some basic programming, the templates provided are a little bit behind in design "fanciness" as compared to some I have seen.
Awesome CRM for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service!
- It does a great job tracking email opens and/or clicks.
- It does a great job organizing/filtering all contacts so you can quickly view anyone in a specific area or state or even by a technology.
- It can improve follow up tasks, like adding an "important" notification to alert you that this task is important and should be followed up with first.
- It could do a better job with layout.
- Complete solution
- Easy to use
- Great customer support
- Price
- Bot filtering and analytics in general
- Email marketing features
HubSpot is the best out there
- Email and email templates.
- Marketing lists.
- Price is a bit high.
HubSpot is My Marketing Copilot.
- Hubspot tech support is knowledgeable and quick to respond and will stay with you until the issue is resolved.
- Hubspot keeps the technology up to date with current web and marketing trends.
- HubSpot offers a lot of online help resources including training to help you learn.
- Hubspot to Stripe Integration could be improved without a lot of extra programming
- Creating workflows can get tricky and confusing.
Tackle your marketing problems
- The marketing team was generating the leads, but what was happening with those leads was not tracked. And, if it was, it was done across multiple Excel sheets.
- Email marketing was spread across different platforms.
- We never thought about going bigger on landing pages.
- Content marketing was a problem.
- Email marketing: With HubSpot, we were able to create sequences & workflow which made life easy.
- Lead Qualification: Proper leads go to corresponding funnel.
- Landing Pages: We want to show different things to users and don't want to spend time creating web-pages.
- Price: They need to work a bit on their pricing model.
- Third-Party Agency/Implementation Partners: They need to review their agency partner and take proper feedback about them as we faced huge problems with the partner we worked with.
The Best Automation Tool in Marketing
- HubSpot allows a very high ROI, as its focus is to automate and process what matters and grow the sales funnel.
- For Inbound marketing, HubSpot quickly understands customer behavior and interest and converts free to paid members.
- It has an excellent email automation system, which helps us to collect data from the visitors and pitch them regularly.
- Once we achieve the results, The price of the HubSpot goes up, so they have to look after retaining customers.
- It's not suitable for big companies which deal in B2C and B2B. It has an extensive database, and I feel that HubSpot is not suitable.
- For a new user, it's difficult to understand the interface of the HubSpot and its automation are complicated.
Great for events and list building!
- The blog was very easy to use.
- Easy to add additional lead information.
- Integrations with other platforms.
- Issues with list imports not importing fully.
- Down time.
Improve your marketing ROI with HubSpot
- An all-in-one platform to achieve marketing results.
- Easy to use and intuitive with vast support and resources available.
- The constantly evolving product roadmap, great to see new features being added, increasing value.
- Included CRM is basic but does not compare with leading CRM platforms.
- Costly to implement and upskill staff and adapt operations to use it effectively.
HubSpot is a winner in my books!
- Onboarding with them was an extremely efficient process.
- They organized the entire process and held our hand along the entire journey.
- The automation workflows have saved us countless hours over the last year and a half.
- There was a bit of a learning curve with some of the automation workflows with regards to making them work for us but that is no fault of theirs.
- Their customer support has been exceptional at ensuring we get things figured out in a timely manner.
- Their social media posting tools do not allow for target audience selection, but other than that they do what they are designed for.
- We have found that our own rules for lead scoring are more beneficial than their predictive lead scoring models.
- The time it takes to sync leads with our CRM can at times take up to 15 minutes.
- It would be great if this window was shortened.
Wish we hadn't switched to Marketo
- Easy to use views and filters
- Clear distinctions between views and submissions on pages
- Easy to understand prospect profile pages
- Often the integration between Salesforce and HubSpot was not smooth
- Sometimes updates to prospect information were not saved so contact info would be out of date
- email alerts didn't always work
HubSpot is great!
- Workflows for tasks and automated emails when necessary
- Custom fields
- Form building for paid landing pages
- Extending the amount of emails in an automated sequence
- Parity across multiple HubSpot instances
- Lists process quicker
HubSpot's Configuration Features are Vital to our Company
- Pipeline qualification

- Contact filtering
- Deal stage progression
