We save all our organization's information, files, and work progress in different monday.com boards, such as meetings, assignments, requests and any work related communication that involves forms, tasks, and various people the work on the same subject. In the future, we hope to base all our organization's corporate culture by using this platform. We wish the calendar planning would be easier by being connected to the Outlook platform so that both of the systems wich are at the most frequent use would be synced right.

We use monday.com to track daily tasks, new customer onboarding and following up with customer through a survey form. Our company is growing at a rapid pace and we were scrambling to keep everything streamlined in a way that created visibility to everyone involved in the tasks. On top of this, there were tasks that had opportunity to be automatized in order to create more space in everyone's day to day. Our supervisor discovered monday.com and it has been the best tool so far.

Monday.com is GREAT for individuals or teams that are juggling many projects and competing priorities. This is especially true with teams where some or all of the team work remotely or rarely get to interact in-person. It's a fantastic way to provide a broad and detailed overview of what has been done, what needs to be done, and what is upcoming. Preventing duplicate work saves so much time and frustration. It's also a great way to maintain accountability across the team.

Through monday.com we were able to generate a dashboard allowing our team members to check on the progress of different projects. The capability to create buttons and to add items and sub-items result into a very clear spectrum of a wholesome operation such as ours.

I use this daily to manage upcoming projects, assign tasks to employees and to track the progress of each job. We use monday.com every day of the week.

This product helps me plan our content programming in a detailed and organized way. I love that I can search for previous strategies, allowing me to approach our month-to-month content goals holistically for the year.

I use monday.com to track events, communicate with candidates, and store important documents for the respective events. Not only am I using the basic functions of monday.com, but I am also using the platform to send emails and send reminders. Automations within monday.com are key, as I am not having to manually clean up boards and can spend more time doing other things.

It is great to keep track of timelines, reminders, pipelines, etc. monday.com may be less suited for organizations that are more people-oriented. Not that there are not ways to use monday.com; but, you will likely not be able to use monday.com to its full potential.

At any one time, I have more than 5 projects assigned to me. monday.com has allowed the entire organization to effectively collaborate without the need for frequent, time consuming, and often unproductive meetings. Prior to our full adoption of monday.com, there was a disconnection between the account management, and the projects teams. This lead to project over-runs due to miscommunication between the two departments, which meant added risk to the projects at hand. With monday.com, we have visibility on all our projects and are able to mitigate any risk before hand.
  • Central location to update all our projects.
  • The integration with other third-party applications such as Slack is seamless.
  • User interface, and general flow of the portal is easy to use and manage.
  • The service is always available, with minimum to no downtime ever since I started using it.
  • The spelling correction feature sometime takes a while to identify and highlight any errors in my grammar.
  • The Main workspace bar on the left should allow for categorizing of the dashboards. For example, it would be nice to be able to assign a unique color folder.
  • An option to pin and move around the folders and highlight them would help. Currently, I have to scroll all the way down on our folder list in order to get to my main workspace.
We often collaborate on the same projects across the organizational departments. monday.com is well suited in a sense that it allows all users to easily track and complete projects without the need for direct meetings or communication. The workspace has transformed into a hybrid environment, monday.com ensures that communication is not hindered or affected by the user location.

I cannot think of a scenario where monday.com is not suitable. My daily tasks revolve around monday.com. The only time it is less appropriate is when you are on leave, the app notifications keep coming through out the day, but that is more of a good thing that bad. I just simply turn off the notifications on the app.

Monday.com has been a game changer with my small business. Having just brought on my first full time employee, we use tables in our "order fulfillment" board to assign tasks to the appropriate person and keep on track of our shipping deadlines. We are especially loving how we can both have the same access to the same information across the board (no pun intended), so no matter what, we are both aware of what is going on, what needs doing and what's on the horizon. I can tell that as my small business grows, we will be adding more users and learning even more about what this program has to offer. Don't pass this one up!

Having a small shop is tough, especially when you are the one wearing all of the hats. Sometimes, with all of those hats needing to be worn at the same time, the most important tasks fall to the wayside. In my case, it's sewing the orders. Monday.com has allowed us to schedule out every single open order, and we continue to do so as they come in, so that there's never a question of if I am ahead, behind or on track. Before monday.com, we are just trying to do all of the things all of the time and it became overwhelming and inefficient. Having a place where we can see all of our tasks and the due dates, as well as update the status as we go, really help to make sure we are not straying from our goals.

We use monday.com for our main project management work flow solution on a daily basis. We host the largest Anglican Global Mission Conference every three years and we are using monday.com extensively to help us coordinate a massive amount of logistics for this conference with attendees from over 60 nations.

  • Integrating the software with email and other documents so that we can have everything in one place and get reminders
  • We are still learning all the features.
We are a non-profit ministry with a small staff, but we run the largest global mission conference for our global denomination every three years. Monday.com is helping us tremendously to be organized in our planning as we can get overwhelmed with too many Google Sheets and not everyone knowing where to find things in our Google Suite. Being able to assign tasks to a certain person while still keeping everyone in the loop on the progress is helping us immensely not to let things fall through the cracks!

We have a rotating list of clients with ever-changing priorities, so monday.com really helps us parse out discrete tasks to individuals working on disparate projects. It's a way to help us cover all the details of the big picture of a project.

  • Sometimes status changes on monday.com simply don't stick. Maybe it's a connectivity issue on our end?
Monday.com is great if you have a small/medium-sized team trying to get many projects done at once. It helps you organize multiple simultaneous projects with different and overlapping deadlines. It encourages you to focus on breaking down a project into specific, sequential to-dos, like "Compile research list of relationship therapists in Delaware." It helps you communicate with other co-workers along the way. Rather than having to search for the relevant Google Doc, image, history of progress, it's all there in one task (if used correctly, haha). The small struggles with tracking time and navigating different project board permissions and maneuvers are well worth the functionality of Monday.

Monday.com has allowed me to keep more organized, streamline closing checklists, and track projects more clearly and easier. It certainly has contributed to an improvement in organization and tracking of projects beyond what we were able to do with excel, word, and other office products.

We use it to organize and manager our multiple projects that we have all over the country. From commissions, sales, client, contacts, companies, locations. One of the problems that we have is the knowing the status of each phase of the project and monday.com helps us with this matter a lot to make sure we do not miss anything regarding the project.

monday.com is greatly being used as dashboard to display incoming/outgoing, approvals, revisions, and everything in between. Using this tool has allowed great communication between me & the night shift, having monday.com downloaded on my phone using the app to check up when needed or even be alerted when they complete a job or encounter any issues has help us greatly. My day to day use to create job numbers along with the needed info, and downloaded files to work on the next job. We now have over 700 tasks and monday.com still performs perfectly across the board.

  • Customization, monday.com offers many modules that will make it work for you, built by you
  • I think the versions could be a clearer/cleaner feature
  • Automation works great but would be nice if there were some presets to give a foundation
