Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Hubspot is very easy to use, but like any cloud tool, it helps to understand computers reasonably well. Not coding or design or anything like that, but to feel fluid and functional on a computer. Any millenial will be able to run Hubspot within the first day. Just by exploring the dashboard and the different sections, you can learn a lot about the tools, where things are located and how they all work together. No IT support is required for our team.

Design work, however, does require an experienced designers help. However, if you've got someone who knows coding, Hubspot design tools are easy enough to pick up in one day.

Digitally savy or individuals with a curious technology mind. The system is very intuitive so they do not need to be computer experts! Not all have previous personal experience of blogs or the principles of inbound marketing. They are early adopters, communications and marketers. We have utilized the HubSpot inbound funnel to drive our organizational design and recruiting process.

Why I Love Hubspot!

Director of Marketing and the Lead Gen person use Hubspot to send out campaigns. We both develop landing pages and emails. The CEO and occasionally some of the sales directors also use Hubspot to look up who has been on our web site or to track a lead source. The skills required to use Hubspot are not hard. It's pretty easy to create custom reports and such.

We use hubspot everyday at our Office. We have a page on our website called Rate Alert ( http://www.homestartcapital.com/mortgage-rates-houston-tx/ ), that needs to be updated daily with the current Mortgage Rates. We also send the daily mortgage rate out through email, every day, to about 750 recipients through sunspot.

Inbound team of one. I manage the entire account including blog content, social post scheduling, contact/list management, workflows, keyword research, reporting, landing page content and design, email content and design, campaigns, forms, and call-to-action buttons.

I am an adaptive learner and spent my initial few months immersed in the Academy training - I not only knew the inbound marketing strategy, but I had a vast understanding of the software. Since then I have gradually incorporated every tool in the HubSpot software suite.

I have no background in programming or design, but managed to work pretty well with the Design Manager for the landing pages and emails. It took a few hours of CSS tweaking to get the layouts where I wanted them, but once they were set I haven't had to touch them. What I lack in trained skills I make up for with an insatiable curiosity and determination for excellence. If I had to hire any help for my HubSpot system, I would be looking for a similar personality type.

HubSpot doesn't necessarily require a marketing position or sales position. It also doesn't require a technology position. Both of us like technology and we also work with internet based software. The training and support provided to us by HubSpot has been all we have needed to adapt the software to our needs.

The great thing about HubSpot is that there is a tool for everyone required in a marketing setting. From Sales to Web Design, there is a section of the tool that everyone can live in. Obviously, different sections require some specific skills, but anyone that can use a computer can learn HubSpot.
