Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

We have one person who supports our Hubspot operations in-house. She is a graphic designer/ web designer/ content writer/ social media all-in-one person. The right person with the right knowledge can easily manage a small-to-medium marketing program on their own.

That is the beauty of HubSpot. We don't need any in-house expertise. Their technical support (aka elves) are knowledgeable, eager and easy to work with.

With HubSpot a non-technical person can accomplish jobs solo that would otherwise require an in-house team. Yay HubSpot!

We focus on using HubSpot in the classroom as well as the business -- as such, the support issues vary. For the classroom, students have the opportunity to use the tool for insight generation exercises requiring a "how to" support level -- for the business, the support is more in content creation.

We mostly use Hubspot support but a couple of us are quite good at it so we handle support for the consultants. One requirement for internal support is that you keep up with the change in Hubspot. Often enough something the consultant wants to do is already in the software but we don't know about it yet!

I am not really sure what you mean by this. Most people in our organization have at least one area of HubSpot that they are very proficient in, so as a team it is easy to rely on eachother to get the most out of HubSpot.

I primarily handle all of Hubspot internally. You will need someone who is self-motivated to complete all the tasks available, and someone who really understands your target client base, so you can customize their experience on your web site. We are a really small company, but really want to see ourselves succeed. With Hubspot, we are able to handle all of the statistics and data regarding how people interact with out site, and see in real-time how to adjust our content so that we're covering those visitors into leads and then into clients. It really has transformed how we do business and how we attract leads because it's no longer just a stab in the dark. Since it is in one program, it makes it so that even one person can handle everything if needed.

3 people in total work on Hubspot. One person works from home and designs all CTAs (calls to action), E-Books and graphics related things. There are 2 of us in the office that manage Hubpsot part-time. We both have several other functions and duties so Hubspot is done in our free time. My Vice President writes blogs and manages key words. My role to is use Hubspot to manage leads and keep the website, calls to action, e-books and landing pages up to date and relevant.

Knowledge of your CRM for integration purposes and problem-solving how to get HubSpot to dump the data you want into your CRM; problem-solving in general if you need to do anything outside the general scope of HubSpot's simplistic parameters; basic html if you want to manipulate your email/landing page templates; web design expertise if you want your emails/landing pages to actually look like your brand and not a knockoff.
