I have used and implemented Hubspot in 5 different cases in the past 3 years. The use cases have been varied across industries. Typically the implementation is limited to the marketing department, with some handoff to sales. The main business problem Hubspot attempts to address to generate more qualified leads for sales.
  • Setting up forms and adding fields to forms is pretty straight forward.
  • Creating static and dynamic lists is easy to do.
  • The user interface workflow rule engine is also intuitive, despite having issues occasionally or the backend being a bit buggy.
  • Their CRM integration, particularly with Salesforce, is abysmal. Truly horrible. I have logged so many cases with support to try to resolve. I have cases that are still open from 6 months ago. Their customer support is horrible. Their standard answer is that they need to check with their engineering team. In addition, their Hubspot intelligence section is bad and never populates with the relevant Hubspot Activities due to the failed integration. Finally, I am not able to add a Lead/Contact in Salesforce to a Hubspot List as you can in other B2B Marketing solutions.
  • As mentioned, customer support is horrible and completely non-apologetic! They don't seem to know much about their own product without having to contact their engineering team.
  • Documentation is lacking. That said, you can mark their knowledge base articles as lacking/with a question and that team is very good about finding the answer and updating the article. Much more knowledgable than their customer support team.
HubSpot is suited for SMBs who do not have a CRM and do not plan to use Salesforce. In that case though, I would recommend using Signpost instead of HubSpot.

Hubspot is used in our company as marketing software to manage and measure our marketing efforts. I use it everyday in my role, I have been using Hubspot for roughly 3 years across 2 different companies. Hubspot provides us with easy to understand metrics around our marketing, allowing us to accurately measure our ROI, which was an issue previously.
  • Social media is easy and simple to use. I can manage different platforms in Hubspot. It also automatically generates reports on my social media channels so I can what is working.
  • Campaign management is great, I can see what campaigns are performing well and make decisions quickly.
  • Customer engagement and support is exceptional. Hubspot continue their relationship with you after you come on board as a customer. They are always there to help with a problem or be a sounding board.
  • My only real suggestion is that some of the reports could use some more in-depth analysis.
I think for SMEs Hubspot is perfect

We use Hubspot to manage a wide range of digital marketing efforts. The software seamlessly integrates all of those efforts in to one portal. This allows us to better track ROI, never miss a lead and be proactive for everyone that visits our site.
  • Integration of social media
  • Deep tracking metric for email
  • Tons of resources and tools
  • Would love simple reporting tools that don't come at an additional cost while already using very costly software
It's an excellent tool for anyone but is even more geared towards product based eCommerce.

HubSpot is being leveraged by my company, V-Soft Consulting, to manage blogging content, email marketing, create and manage calls to action, and assist us with managing social media. We've had HubSpot in place for about 6 months now and its being sued in most part by our marketing team and some lead intelligence for sales.

For us it has addressed the challenges of content creation, social publishing, and lead generation. With an improved interface content is quicker to assemble. Lead generation is not a technical obstacle but allows us to bring together content landing pages, and various call to action tools for a consistent lead generation process across the blog.

HubSpot is well suited for businesses that have the ability to educate and reach potential clients through the power of online activities. For a basic website of a local retail environment HubSpot may not be the best choice. Any Business to Business entity would be well served to leverage the power of HubSpot.

We use HubSpot to run our inbound marketing. Everything from blogging, to our website, to social media is all connected to HubSpot. It's mainly used by our department - marketing, but sales also uses it to a lesser extent. HS really helps us understand our website visitors, and what they're looking for. As the team member who runs our social media and blogging, I find it incredibly helpful in automating all posting. It takes a ton off my plate.
  • They're great at customer service. Any time I have an issue, they respond quickly and promptly.
  • HubSpot has an awesome blog that provides a ton of value
  • They also make everything very simple to use and easy to understand
  • Inbound! It's a great conference put on by Hubspot
  • It's a little slow to use sometimes, maybe it's just my computer, but there's times that it takes quite a while to update or edit blog posts
I honestly think for any company - B2B, B2C, non-profit, education, whatever - looking to improve their marketing, Hubspot would be a great tool for it. I guess if you're a really small company, the cost might be a bit overwhelming, but then again I truly think it pays for itself.

HubSpot is used by Doidea in delivery to/for customers and for our own marketing. HubSpot and Doidea consulting brings the customers a high lead generation and marketing automation perfection. HubSpot is an extremely simple solution to use, and our customers love working with the tool. Think iPhone for marketing automation and you have HubSpot. Most marketing automation solutions of size are complex and hard to use. You can do so much with many of them, but you need a lot of knowledge in-house or with a supplier to actually get the results you are looking for. HubSpot simplifies, giving you as a user the possibility to focus on what you want to deliver, more leads and amazing content.
  • Covers the entire circle: Identify, attract, convert, close, delight!
  • Marketing automation with the simplest user interface I have ever worked with.
  • Connects marketing and sales with marketing automation and CRM in one simple solution.
  • Lets you understand all your conversions and focus your attention where you get the most back!
  • Lead generation perfection - you will simply create, optimize and publish content so that you can create more leads.
  • With the new AD add-on, HubSpot really became complete.
  • CRM needs work still, especially with smaller deals in mind.

HubSpot suits you:

1. If you have a small marketing department and can't put time into big system implementations.

2. If you have a big marketing department, but no-one that is a system focused person. (as it should be).

3. If you want to focus on great content and the audience.

4. If you just love usability.

5. If you care about making more money, not just get more visitors.

HubSpot does not suit you if:

1. You don't have an endgame of getting more business.

2. If you like hacking and coding your own specific setups in systems.

We use HubSpot for our marketing automation: email sends, landing pages, webcast registrations.
  • Intuitive and consistent UI.
  • Excellent tracking and reporting features.
  • Solid support through articles and customer service.
  • Email reporting is good, but there is a lack of customized reporting on emails, particularly month to month.
  • New editor UI needs improvement.
  • Customizing templates is difficult.
  • There is a new paid for reporting add on that makes it difficult to tell what is a paid report and what is included.
HubSpot is great for sending regular emails and tracking performance.

HubSpot is at the center of our marketing department. We love inbound marketing and learned how to implement inbound marketing from HubSpot. We use all of HubSpot's tools for content creation, organizing campaigns, and measuring efforts. We send email campaigns, keep track of client activity and interest level, publish and track social messages, and keep up with blog publishing. We house all our downloadable content on landing pages and use forms to gate those downloads. Just about anything we need for marketing can be done within HubSpot. It easily integrates with our CRM tool, and that's a bonus! I would love to have our sales team on the HubSpot CRM tool, but that's not my call. All in all, my team lives in HubSpot on a daily basis.

Update:
Our Sales Development team now lives in the CRM tool! We are so excited to have added Sidekick for Business, which allows our Sales team to utilize sequences for client nurturing. We also added a Netsuite integration. While HubSpot is the center of our marketing world, we are now able to sync it with our data center. On top of all of that, we just added the Website Add-on, and our new website is AWESOME. I am more than thrilled with HubSpot. It is here to stay.
  • HubSpot is constantly updating their capabilities. They listen to their users. The other day, I mentioned it would be nice to have a dependent form feature. The update that came out just a few days earlier was that exact feature!! I love the constant improvements.
  • Along with a great set of tools is a great team of support. The HubSpot support team is highly educated and excels at problem solving. Plus, they're really nice! If that particular person doesn't know the answer, believe me when I say they'll find the answer or point you to someone who knows next steps.
  • I've harped enough on the tools, so it really comes down to the interaction with HubSpot's people. Along with the Engineering team making constant updates and the support team supplying problem solving skills, I can honestly say I have the BEST account manager that works at HubSpot. He is helpful with all my questions, no matter how trivial they are. With each person I'm put in contact with, I have a great experience. They really care about me as an individual and our company as a whole. My account manager gives me great references to relevant topics and solutions specific to my company's needs.
  • ALL THE THINGS.
  • You get the occasional lag. I blame part of this problem on our internet here at the office. Spotify bogs it down, sometimes making it difficult to proceed to the next screen. I found a workaround. If you hit "Save and Publish," and the sprocket hangs out on your screen for a while, just hit the save button again. It should fix it.
  • I submitted a request for this one. The tracking url area is a little lacking. I'd like to be able to edit the description of the urls and even change the Campaign if there was a mistake. You're unable to do that now, but I have a feeling they will release something that improves this particular area soon.
What are you using it for? If it's only for a few things, I say no. If you want to develop an entire marketing strategy, which I highly recommend, I say YES. HubSpot is great for startups like us, and I could see this software last us a very long time. I really don't think we'll ever outgrow it. Like I said, if you just want email, go with an email provider. If you want the whole experience, HubSpot is worth every. single. penny.
Update: If you aren't going to spend a lot of time familiarizing yourself with the software, I say no. There is a certain level of dedication that determines how well HubSpot will work for you. If you don't invest time into learning this thing, it won't be worth your money. BUT if you decide to take the time to learn it, you will be absolutely blown away. I recommend fully utilizing their support team and academy. Like I said before, if you aren't going to invest the time and understand that you will need to continue to learn as the software evolves, this probably isn't something you will enjoy keeping up with. All that said, it is TOTALLY worth keeping up with and learning. You will not only become a better marketer, but your company will benefit greatly.

We use it for business development and CRM for several departments across the organization, but mainly marketing and customer service. It's a great service and has been incredibly helpful for us in keeping track of who we've spoken to and what people/companies we still need to reach out to.
  • Business Development - Keeps track of leads, who you've spoken to, and who people have closed
  • CRM - Great at keeping track of customers and their issues
  • Wish there was more functionality in the CRM - for example, being able to keep track of and notify you when you haven't spoken to leads in a while, and having more intelligence there
For pure relationship management, it's a good stop gap but is missing some features

HubSpot is a tool that helps manage all your digital marketing efforts. It's one place for email, social media, blogging, SEO, keywords, analytics and lead conversion with landing pages.
  • If you're doing any email marketing you should be segmenting your lists. For example, if you provide an offer for 6 months free membership, you don't want to keep emailing them after they've joined. HubSpot makes it easy to include a suppression list for future emails.
  • Landing pages are the crown jewel of HubSpot. Use them to host offers and gate your content. Gather email addresses from anonymous website visitors and hand over new leads to your sales team.
  • Optimize your emails with their tools. Get red flags to remind you of all the details you might forget.
  • Their website page design is way easier to use than Wordpress.
  • It does so many things it's hard to master them all. Thankfully they offer great education and support.
HubSpot goes hand and hand with a commitment to inbound marketing. You have to produce content to get the most out of this software. To get the best results, be ready to spend AT LEAST 10 hours per week on your inbound marketing strategy.

HubSpot is currently being used to host our website. We are using it across the organisation to complete a variety of tasks such as social media, sending out emails to customers, and blog posts. We also use HubSpot to monitor potential customers and what they are they downloading and viewing on our website.
  • Reports
  • Social Media Management
  • Easy to use and design pages
  • Easy to send out emails to contacts in the database
  • Easy out of the box table formatting
It helps us create landing and site pages very easily whilst making them look professional. There are many different templates that enable you to select the style that you want which works very well. I have found that some features such as the out of the box creating a table were not as good. The standard table looks very basic which was not ideal for our events schedule. However the HubSpot support team was fantastic in helping me create a table with a different process.

We started using HubSpot close to its launch and have really enjoyed watching this software grow and growing with it. As a marketing agency it only made sense for us that when the partner program opened to become a parter ourselves as we truly love the system and everything that it stands for. Our sales team has become more robust while our marketing team is able to make data driven decisions on what is driving the best leads, lead quality, and response. I cant wait to see what else HubSpot has in store!

From a marketing side our business has grown using Hubspot and the intelligence it has to offer on our leads. Our sales team has even started using the tool so that they can be marketers and consultants first and sales people second. Using inbound marketing through all assets of our business has been a true step for us in our growth as an agency.
  • COS
  • SMART functionality
  • Lead Intelligence
  • Growth in the CRM tool
  • Reporting - I would love to see this as a freemium vs paid option. It's hard not being able to report on success without piece mailing these together
The cost is relatively high so when organizations are not ready to invest they should look into Lead In

Hubspot has made our jobs so much easier by helping us automate tasks and keeping us and our inbound strategy on track! It is our number one product when it comes to managing our social presence, crafting newsletters and creating blogs. We love that is extremely user-friendly and have had great success with employees that are new to the software, learning quickly due to the ease of use. The support we have received has been top-notch! Quick, accurate and friendly service no matter the time or question. We have been very impressed by the quality of service we have received, which is very important to us. Thanks Hubspot for making us better at what we love!

We use HubSpot across the organization and for our clients. I personally use it for the development feature. I work mainly inside the design manager and template builder. I find it speeds up the development time greatly by creating the skeleton of the site using the template builder.
  • Speeds up development
  • Consolidates all the odds and ends into one easy to access place
  • It is hard to do some more customizable code in HubSpot. We have found some "HubSpot hacks" that we use to our advantage, but making this a simpler process would be nice.

We are an Agency (gold partner) using HubSpot for several of our clients. We have an Inbound Department but our social, creative, sales, and design departments are all versed in HubSpot and understand how it works and integrates in marketing plans. We help businesses create content, nurture and generate leads, and build top of mind awareness and use CTAs to familiarize themself with services and position our clients as experts in their respective industries.
  • HubSpot makes it easy to ensure that all our Blog content is optimized for SEO - it helps us with keywords, meta descriptions, CTAs, images, and more. With every blog that goes up, I'm confident it is as strong as it can be.
  • HubSpot has helped us organize leads and contacts into lists so we can provide helpful and relatable information to nurture them along on the buying process and also see each client as a trustworthy, knowledgeable source.
  • With HubSpot, we can track the success and shortcomings of eNewsletters. HubSpot helps with the setup process, gives sending guidelines (time, subject line, etc), and gives us a depth of information about who opens the emails, when, what they click, and more.
  • It would be nice to be able to select a date range when checking the rank and success of keywords in the keyword reporting tool
  • HubSpot sends great, thorough monthly reports for each of our client, but it'd be nice if we had the option to get the reports quarterly instead.
  • Right now HubSpot Ads Add-On/Integration only works with LinkedIn and Google Adwords - so we're still using other resources for things like Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • We'd love to see HubSpot find a way to use Instagram and be able to schedules posts like we can on other social channels.
I think HubSpot can be implemented in almost any scenario. As long as users are willing to take the time and learn it or find an expert that can help them, there is certainly no harm in using it - it'll only help your business! I think making sure you have the budget and resources to take advantage of a HubSpot investment makes it worth it.

We use HubSpot mainly as a tool for the marketing department. However, as a startup we also have employees from sales, business development, and more involved with HubSpot. This is mainly because HubSpot does so much. For marketing, we can use HubSpot for blogs, emails, landing pages, etc. Business development can look at the analytics that HubSpot provides. Sales can see which contacts are opening the webinar emails, etc., that we send out. Really, the platform provides and does so much that even though it is for our marketing department, the entire company benefits from what HubSpot does as a service. We hope to incorporate other departments into HubSpot soon as well.
  • Landing Pages - incredibly easy to design, create, and publish.
  • Blogging tools - helps with keyword optimization and design.
  • Social Media - being able to post all social media things from one central platform is fantastic.
  • Customer service - always quick and helpful
  • Always room for more design options.
  • Honestly HubSpot does it all.
Not that I can think of. Our company is a small startup, and even though we are small we still benefit greatly from everything that HubSpot has to offer. As we grow, HubSpot fits all of our needs and can completely manage and handle the new amount of customers and leads we are getting.

HubSpot is a very integral part of our business. We use HubSpot for numerous clients; from IT businesses, to construction companies, to senior living communities. We are the main users for the software, and the client is usually only involved in proofing the content before we put it up. We use it for blogs, emails, workflows, social media monitoring, and CRM. All of the employees at my company are Inbound Certified, therefore when any of our clients have questions, we are all able to help provide them with answers. We specialize in Inbound Marketing, and HubSpot is a great tool for us.
  • Makes developing content very easy - when creating a landing page, you can create a follow-up email to that landing page with one click of the button. You do not need to go in at a different time to create the email and then link it to the landing page.
  • It is very easy to link content to pages that we create. Instead of having to put in the web address of each page we want to link, all you have to do is highlight the certain words you want linked and type in the name of the page and it pops up.
  • It is great for workflows. You can create either simple or very complex workflows that can include whatever offers and content you desire.
  • My main problem with HubSpot is their social media feature. Being that I focus on social media, it becomes a problem for me often. You cannot post to Google+ communities, or LinkedIn communities from the platform. In order to interact with them you need to go directly to those pages off of HubSpot.
I think HubSpot is a great platform to use for any business. We use it for IT companies, construction companies, interior design companies, and senior living communities. None of these businesses have much in common, but the fact that we are able to use HubSpot easily for all of them shows that it is a very versatile platform. As long as the person using the software is able to come up with good content and offers, HubSpot will work for them.

We use HubSpot to market our agency. We use the HubSpot COS for our site (great decision, we switched from WordPress). It makes things scalable, reduces onboarding time for new employees (being an incredibly user-friendly platform), and has helped our agency to grow at an exponential rate.
  • HubSpot's site pages are my favorite. We previously used WordPress, which was slow to update and took hours to make edits on, and required advanced knowledge to make small changes. Site pages has allowed anyone in our company to make changes and updated pages as needed because the platform is easy to learn and intuitive.
  • The blogging platform is great.
  • HubSpot's email has gotten faster this year. There used to be a lag for receiving emails immediately (up to 15 minutes for some API tie-ins) but it is much faster now.
  • Social publishing is super easy. If you already create your content in HubSpot, there is no need to use a secondary platform to syndicate content on social.
  • Honestly, every frustration I've ever had with HubSpot has been able to be solved by calling their customer support. Their support team is the best I've ever worked with.
  • It would be great if HubSpot could add more social monitoring for platforms other than Twitter. Facebook and Instagram would be awesome, but some of that is not necessarily up to HubSpot.
We ask clients what they will be using it for. It is less suitable if you are only looking to do one thing, like email. If you are looking to do just email, use something like Iterable or MailChimp instead.

  • Reporting and Analytics - reporting attributed to each channel, at a contact level
  • Social Media Publishing - simple and straight forward
  • Implement search tool on HubSpot COS pages (including blog)
  • Add social monitoring on more networks than just Twittter
  • Ability to post on more social network platforms
HubSpot is well suited for companies who want to do inbound marketing the right way, with all the tools at their disposal. HubSpot is appropriate for companies who are willing to invest to generate real results.

HubSpot is not appropriate for companies who can't put resources into inbound marketing. It's a time investment, and companies should either be equipped to invest time in executing inbound marketing deliverables or hiring a HubSpot partner agency to do the execution for them.

Our company uses HubSpot to manage ALL of our digital marketing efforts. While the day-to-day tasks fall under the Marketing department, our Sales team also uses the platform to gather lead intelligence and track activity (with the SalesForce integration).
Since implementing HubSpot, our digital efforts are much more cohesive... and our team is a lot more knowledgeable and confident in social media, blogging, email campaigns, etc. The Marketing department has also generated more and higher quality leads than we were in the past.
  • Bringing all Marketing efforts together. The platform integrates blogging, email, social media, landing pages, etc. into one place that is easy to use and built for success.
  • Educating customers. The Customer Success and Support teams are always available to help with any campaign. In addition, there is a plethora of resources available in the Marketing library to learn about any topic.
  • Continuous improvement. HubSpot always has their ear to the ground regarding possible upgrades and updates to the system. What's more, when they make a change to the software, they interview several customers prior to implementation to ensure it will be a real enhancement to their system.
  • Customized social media auto-publishing. We love the ability to auto-publish out blog posts to social media, but we have several blogs, and one of them we prefer not to post to our Facebook. I'd love to be able to designate which profiles post which blogs.
  • With all the updates to the software it can get a tad slow sometimes.
It could make less sense for a company with a huge digital presence, with a ton of leads. That might make more sense for a robust automation tool. On the other hand, if you don't have a ton of leads, make sure to ask during selection that ALL platforms you are evaluating offer TOFU as well as MOFU/BOFU tools. Some are only focused on MOFU, which doesn't help if you have no leads to "automate."

Our company has been using HubSpot for a few years now. This is the perfect marketing software and it has all the tools that you need to be successful online : blog, e-mail, social media, SEO, reports, landing pages, forms, call-to-action, lead generation.

For as low as $200 a month, you can get all those tools, integrated with the same platform, and get started with Inbound Marketing, which is the key to getting results online. It is a very easy to use and they have the best customer service I've seen so far. Plus, they keep making it even better, every week, pushing new updates, new integrations and new ways of making sure their software is still excellent. I recommend HubSpot to any marketing professional doing business online: you can even start with a free 30-day trial!
  • HubSpot helps our company to get a better web marketing strategy. We can attract new visitors on our website, using the blog, SEO and social media features.
  • HubSpot helps convert those visitors to leads, using forms, CTA (Call-to-action) and landing pages
  • HubSpot helps closing those leads into customers, using email and lead generation features.
  • HubSpot reports could be improved. You will still need to use other analytics tool, such as Google Analytics.
  • HubSpot is only available in English. If you are a multilingual user, you might find it hard to use.
HubSpot is really great for B2B companies. You have all the tools to attract, convert and close leads into customers. This is a user-friendly SAAS platform that makes social media, blog, lead generation and email easier to use. HubSpot is an investment, not an expense. If your team is really committed to inbound marketing, you will get results and a great return on investment.

We use HubSpot internally to manage our own inbound marketing initiatives. We also use HubSpot to manage inbound marketing initiatives for our clients. HubSpot is being used by 12 people in our organization. For many years we have been managing our digital marketing initiatives using multiple software platforms. Additionally, we could not clearly communicate how our initiatives are delivering results for our customers. But the platform made it easy for us to manage all of our digital marketing activities from one platform as well as giving us metrics that we need to communicate success to our customers.
  • Building your website on HubSpot is amazing. It gives you the ability to personalize the user experience for people who are visiting your website.
  • The reporting functionality within HubSpot is awesome. He gives you the ability to see who is visiting your website how many leads you have and how many have converted to customers.
  • The ability to manage your social media presence and HubSpot is a great feature. We have noticed that we now can track how many people are coming back to the website from our social media campaigns and then how many of those are converting into actual leads.
  • One area that HubSpot can improve on is user management. It would be great if HubSpot provided the ability to grant access to people on a page by page level.
  • It would be great if HubSpot had the ability to auto publish social media using an RSS feed.
HubSpot is great for B2B companies that are focused on getting leads. HubSpot may not be the best platform for companies that are very transactional, or that have the need for people to pick up the phone in order to interact with the company.

Incentivized
We use HubSpot to manage and automate interaction with our visitors, leads and customers. I work with a lot of our content, so I use the platform for blogging, managing our larger pieces of content as well as scheduling and monitoring our social media efforts. We create quite a few "smart lists" for segmentation purposes. We use these mostly for emails, but also for targeted calls to action on blog posts and other areas of our website.
  • Education on the product - HubSpot wants you to be using their product to its fullest potential.
  • Ability to segment - There are so many different parameters you can use to segment your contacts.
  • Intuitive and easy to use.
  • Great design templates and guides for optimization.
  • Social publishing tool can be messy - content calendar views are odd at times.
  • Although I don't deal with this aspect, I've heard pricing can be a con.
  • Reporting seems off at times when compared with other analytics tools.
I thoroughly enjoy using HubSpot! It is easy to use, they have content available for any aspect of the tool that I want to learn. Their support has been great any time that I have had an issue (which hasn't been a regular occurrence). There are so many tasks that can be automated that really save time for our smaller team.

We use HubSpot across the whole organization to integrate all of our subsets. It helps us to manage our emails, events, programs and news. We can share materials easily and constantly update, report, dissect and engage with our contacts.
  • Integrations between go-to-webinar and HubSpot are seamless!
  • Email has never been easier. We can track, record and report almost anything we want to.
  • It is user friendly and the customer support is outstanding!
  • Some days the server is slow to respond.
  • You cannot have multiple users on the same page making changes- totally understandable but it just stinks that it doesn't warn you before you start working!!! We've lost some time that way.
  • The updates can be overwhelming sometimes. Luckily when they changed the interface you could toggle back and forth until you felt comfortable making a permanent switch.
If you really need list management HubSpot is definitely for you. It can handle a large scale of contacts and allows you to really get personal and engage with your contacts.

HubSpot has been a lifesaver for my company. Prior to HubSpot, we had a marketing plan but were shooting in the dark on how to measure success. We use HubSpot across the entire company and have them host our website as well. This has given us the ability to test marketing tactics and topics and see what success, or lack of success, they have had. In addition, by blogging and using their email campaign, we are able to stay in front of our clients and prospects alike.
  • HubSpot gives users the ability to instantly track their marketing efforts, see real time results, and measure the effectiveness of their campaigns.
  • HubSpot allows you to optimize your blog to ensure that you are being found through searches. In addition, the ability to automatically publish to social media makes the process of getting the word out simple and effective.
  • The HubSpot COS is easy to use and gives you control of all aspects of your website. We went through a major website redesign which I led. Did I mention that I am the sales and marketing person for my company and not a website designer?
  • The HubSpot support team is top notch. They not only take the time to understand your question but they provide the correct solution. In addition, they follow up with you to make sure you have been taken care of and that your problem has been solved. This is almost unheard of these days!
I would recommend, and have recommended, HubSpot to numerous individuals and colleagues and will continue to do so.
