Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

TeamViewer doesn't stack up against them at all.

AnyDesk is way faster than teamviewer & has a voice calling facility along with a screen share

Cisco Webex & Microsoft Teams are more secure than teamviewer & because of these solutions are offered as a cloud application (SaaS) they have increased acceptability across the organizations & are easier to connect over them even without the VPN

TeamViewer in my experience had better performance on slow links, as AnyDesk showed latency and difficulties for remote assist depending on the internet connection. TeamViewer has been easier for non-technical users in our uses.

TeamViewer is more simplified and works great for digital signage and for single use remote tech support for users who are not physically available to bring in their devices. LogMeIn is great for centrally managed network of computers on a more frequent basis. Both have similar features and work best in different scenarios.

Honest Teamviewer Review

Much easier to user and it provides more at a better price.
Therefore teamviewer (in my honest opinion) is the easy winner here.
However one thing that Goverlan does better is the security implementations. I believe the logs from teamviewer are not secure.

Some businesses or goverments might prefer Goverlan for these obvious reasons.

  • Azure Bot Service (Microsoft Bot Framework) and Blockedge
It's structured and organized in such a "natural" way that it makes it muche easier than with competitors' products to manage workplaces. Its features cover a large variety of tasks and areas, allowing admins to gain great benefit from its usage with money/time saving exceeding expectations.

Secure Access Tool

though the features are almost same but when compared with other products the features of connectivity and protection convinced us to make the decision to go with Teamviewer. AnyDesk is found very lagging with the same bandwidth when tested against to TeamViwer, and secondly AnyDesk file transfer takes long when compared against 1 GB data size.
The additional protection of malware in TeamViwer makes it more trusted on security concerns when compared.

Regarding the comparison between TeamViewer and AnyDesk, I'd like to highlight that both tools offer robust remote access solutions, each with its unique features. AnyDesk, for instance, has a notable feature that I like that allows users to save desktops they've remotely accessed, enhancing convenience for future interactions. However, the decision to use TeamViewer over AnyDesk in our organization was a management-level choice, and unfortunately, I wasn't directly involved in that decision-making process.

I haven't trusted other tools except TeamViewer Application.

In as much as I have not considered or thought of using an alternative tool apart from TeamViewer, I am aware of certain tools like AnyDesk that exists

I have used AnyDesk on my line work only once when one of the devices could not allow me to remotely access using TeamViewer

AnyDesk helped me to have a backup plan as the job needed to be done and investigations on that devices also needed urgent intervention and feedback.

I believe that TeamViewer is still more powerful to use at the moment

  • SolarWinds Dameware Remote Everywhere (DRE) and GoToMyPC
TeamViewer is easier to use and has a cleaner, more efficient support portal for tech teams. The custom install package allows for silent installs with the setup configuration we need.

Well, those these other programs are useful in their own ways, TeamViewer is the most well known and not for no reason. TeamViewer provides the ability to have the unattended access, the chat support, the mobile usage if necessary, and the speed at which you can connect to someones machine is unparalleled. Its much more powerful than just a wuick, on the fly connection tool.

I have used RemotePC. The controls did not seem as solid and refined as TeamViewer. From a budgetary prospective, RemotePC is way less expensive. However, TeamViewer seemed to have a more solid connection with fewer artifacts when transitioning between open windows. RemotePC is certainly more affordable, but TeamViewer seems more robust and operates with less frustration.

AnyDesk is also a German company. It's easy to setup a session. Just with a couple of clicks. But the UI is horrible and very old. I also dislike that people that I need to support associate the tool with scammer since so many people do fraudulent activities with this platform since it's also for free
Splashtop is my preferred platform that I now have side by side. It's intuitive, cost-effective and come with mobile support as standard

This tool's security is astounding, and it offers two-factor authentication to protect the data. Additionally, the recording options enable us to record meetings in high definition and share them directly from the dashboard. It is a lightweight tool that can be quickly set up with any device. The vast array of options and add-ons provides everything required for a successful conference or presentation. This tool has proven to be very advantageous for our organization because it enabled excellent teamwork between our teams during the Pandemic. Furthermore, this tool made remote work more productive and efficient. An ideal tool with excellent audio and video quality for remote communication during online meetings.

TeamViewer has been widely used in the market since 2005, and it is the most popular remote control software. Its pricing plans are suitable for small to large enterprises. The software can be used for meetings and files transfer. It can also be used freely for non commercial use. TeamViewer does not require signing up an account with them.
