Khoros' product offering supports multiple teams within the enterprise whereas many of their competitors lacked 1 product or another, which would have required us to vet, sign, and renew with multiple vendors. My team vets competing platforms every year, and Khoros continues to beat them in functionality, support, and scalability.

I wasn't involved in the selection process. However, I know that the previous tool was Salesforce Social Studio and it was decided to dismiss it because of the need to have a more efficient tool for social media management. Moreover, Khoros Marketing gives you way more features than Social Studio for sure, but also compared to Sprout Social.

I've used Buffer for social media marketing and Khoros Marketing is more effective and easier to use. There are also more helpful tutorials on the website, unlike other social media marketing platforms I've used. There is also much better and deeper analytics which is extremely helpful in planning our social media calendar.

Sprinklr has a better interface with LinkedIn. Sprinklr also offers a data display offering (called Display) that enables you to have real-time updated reporting that can display on a monitor.

Khoros' Analytics dashboards can be sized for a monitor, but they aren't automatically updated or display in a dynamic way.

I used to manage some Hootsuite channels, but Khoros is absolutely the best for the requirements a company such as Logitech and its subsidiaries need, especially for covering lots of territories while providing the same top-level service.

Khoros Marketing stacks up against Personyze because of the excess of applicable features. I have found that Khoros offers more features that the business needs for day-to-day operations as well as one-off events and special promotions. I appreciate that Khoros offers more than most competitors, it is also much more well known with much more public reviews.

I would say they are pretty similar. I do find the look and ease of the tabs in Hootsuite to be very beneficial, as well as the best time to schedule/post based on historic engagement in Sprout Social to be very beneficial. I would appreciate either or both of these features somehow added to Khoros in some way.

I wasn't involved in the selection process in my current position. However, I would say Khoros compares favourably to Sprout Social. The features are comparable and the reliability of the tool is great. Scheduling posts is quick and easy, so training other users is generally quite straightforward too.

We have been using three different platforms, including Khoros, the other two being Curalate and Dash Hudson. Curalate has a straightforward reporting tool and Dash Hudson as well, and it is so easy to post and schedule within the app that we have slowly started to move the majority of our actual scheduling to DH. However, Khoros still has the best overall content calendar view and the notes and ability to see when updates are made to a particular piece of content.
