Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

HubSpot gets rid of the "frankensystem" and creates an all in one tool! We don't have to log in to 5 different accounts to perform daily tasks, or see how our marketing efforts are working. We have used some great tools like Google Analytics and SproutSocial, but HubSpot integrates all of those capabilities in with their own! You just can't beat an all in on software. It saves us time and it is super easy to use!

HubSpot is by far and away the best marketing technology platform. It is superior in individual tools for website design and content creation, social engagement, lead generation and lead management, analytics and reporting. Nothing else comes close.

  • WordPress,MailChimp,MarketVolt,HootSuite Free
We had been using WordPress + MarketVolt (and previously, MailChimp) + HootSuite for our website + blog + lead generation. HubSpot offered us much more capability, neatly integrated, and a very supportive environment for jumping into inbound marketing. We are a highly technical company; we could have continued to use several loosely integrated tools for fewer dollars per month. HubSpot's tight integration of all features easily swayed us, though.

...and a lot of other smaller apps to help us with our marketing campaign. So the biggest improvement is that you have all the same options in one package. This fact is very very important. This also means that when we found HubSpot we really didn't look into alternatives, but talked to people who had allready implemented the solutions.

Compared to the other tools on the market, Hubspot strikes the best balance between rich features and affordability. For small to mid-size businesses, it's difficult to find anything better. Marketo is often too expensive and lesser-known, industry specific products often lack the versatility and features Hubspot provides for just a few bucks more. With the recent release of their CRM, Hubspot is showing that they will continue to stay ahead of the curve.

HubSpot is easier to use than Marketo or Pardot - many clients are unhappy with these applications, and want something easier to use. With HubSpot, it's easier to get these clients involved in the process, because the software doesn't get in the way.
Compared to stand alone email platforms, HubSpot is exceptionally valuable since the info and lists don't need to be exported out into another system or manually compared in order to get a full picture of what is really going on with a lead or prospect. Now that they've added the Social suite of tools, we've also been able to eliminate HootSuite on HubSpot accounts.

We found that HubSpot provided better ease of use, a lower price point, and powerful integrations that were important to us. Since becoming a customer, we really appreciate all of their product improvements, training and education opportunities, and fast and friendly customer support.

  • Marketo,Mailchimp
It is much less expensive than Marketo and seems to have a lot more value. We were close to purchasing Marketo a few years ago and then came across HubSpot. Prior to that we were using MailChimp and doing everything manually... It was very time consuming, being able to bring everything under one umbrella has allowed us to leap frog forward.

In all honesty, HubSpot is more than a piece of software—HubSpot as a company goes above and beyond with their resources, education, and support. When you invest in HubSpot, they invest in you. This is something I have not seen HubSpot's competitors demonstrate to their level.

This just seemed like the smarter solution from a pricing, product and service standpoint. The content that HubSpot delivered prior to us signing up on Marketing (Ebooks, white papers, etc) really hooked us in. Many CO's tried to deliver us content to boost our understanding of Marketing but HubSpot's was the best, and they delivered from the demo to the day we went live. It shows that their special sauce is just that special.

When I came to HubSpot, I had a little small website that the only way to find it was to type in the URL. Within 60 days of switching I was being found on the internet and within 90 or days or so, I had my first client, which was a big deal to my company. So I have not used any other company; I have simply thought why change something that works so well.

  • Marketo,Pardot
I used Marketo in the past. Way too complicated. You basically need a full time person operating it. With HubSpot, I can have my entire team use it. And, Marketo is more of a campaign tool. HubSpot is an entire marketing platform. It's what Salesforce.com is for sales.

  • Campaign Monitor,Base CRM
HubSpot integrates many different common SAAS apps into one creating seamless transitions between services. For example, with HubSpot, you can use their forms to collect valuable lead data and persona data. Then, you can create custom workflows and campaigns based on their lifecycle stage to hold their hand to the next stage. Once everything is set up, it's almost automatic and all you have to do is worry about getting more people into your funnel.

  • MailChimp,Constant Contact
HubSpot has more features than these products, however, these products offer a much quicker solution to email marketing campaigns. MailChimp and Constant Contact require VERY little to set up and provide an acceptable amount of statistics. However, they do not offer as many solutions to as many problems as HubSpot.

MailChimp is an excellent, easy-to-use email service provider. I believe it is best for marketing newsletters. HubSpot is leaps and bounds better than every other platform I listed -- they are not at all user friendly, they are extremely complicated to learn how to use and have a great deal of bugs. ExactTarget is an email service provider trying to be like HubSpot and failing (in terms of automation and integration), Adestra makes it very difficult to send out just one simple email, and Lyris often sends emails to the wrong lists or doesn't send emails at all without the marketing user's knowledge until it is too late.

  • Marketo,Pardot,Act-On
HubSpot is by far the most user friendly. It has the easiest platform for creating and editing landing pages and workflows. Marketo has better analytics but it's more complicated and support isn't as readily available as HubSpot. I would not recommend Pardot or Act-On to my customers.
