Mailchimp is way more professional and easier to use than Constant Contact. It has a higher level of polish and better UX as well. Hubspot is better for larger business and organizations and it has deeper integrations with Microsoft Office and other business tools. It is cheaper than Hubsport if your lists and sends are not a lot.

Neon sends emails that are not as attractive as Mailchimp. In comparison to Neon, Mailchip is easier and more intuitive to use and it provides a more pleasing final result.
WildApricot doesn't have the email function that Mailchimp does. Mailchip has a far better database for contacts. Our integration with WildApricot allowed us to import comtacts to Mailchimp but that's the end of what WildApricot did for us.

Mailchimp is more premium than these tools, in one of the use cases, I have now been using them for landing pages, even if I don't run email campaigns. The tool is seamless with strict rules around spamming and unsubscriptions. You can trust deliverability with Mailchimp. SendInBlue is not that robust and Netcore can't be trusted with delivery rates.

I think they are very similar in terms of ability, I do wish they had an option to have an AB test within a sequence which was automated with some more options but to my knowledge and work with support this doesn't exist on either yet. This is quite complex and for the platform and business isn't a day to day need. This is something that is useful in other platforms. My favourite element is the drag and drop editor.

Mailchimp compared well to both of these because it had a great combination of high quality toolset and support along with good value. Mailchimp is also a very well known brand that can be trusted, which is important when customers are interacting with content delivered via this platform.

Brevo - I have found to be a better all-rounder. The customization to the emails seems more advanced, being able to edit the mobile and desktop view individually. You also pay for emails sent, rather than the number of contacts. I find Mailchimp has better deliverability than Brevo. MailerLite is really good for the free version as it offers simple automations for free - which is useful when first building your list. Mailchimp you must purchase a mid-range plan to start with automations.

Mailchimp has a much better looking email design compared to HubSpot and Vertical Response. It seems to automatically optimize email sections for different devices and viewing/testing emails before they go out seems to be a much cleaner process for sending tests to team members for review.

Mailchimp has a great feature set when compared to some of the other tools I've used, and it is a great value for the money. Even the free version of Mailchimp offers a good number of features to let you test it out to see if it is worthwhile to invest in.

We selected Mailchimp based on a recommendation from a similar organization. Our main reason is email deliverability, which was an issue with Constant Contact. However, the ability to send to the appropriate audience was much easier with Emma, Constant Contact, and Active Campaign. The email templates are much cleaner in Mailchimp and we are pleased with the look.

Mailchimp is generally a simpler solution, and I've picked it for multiple companies because of that. I also like that Mailchimp does better on delivery than just about anywhere else. The brand is also fun and powerful.

Mailchimp needs to keep their system clean and not put so many little in-app purchases and all of these extra features I'm getting elsewhere.

I did take a look at ConvertKit when it came out. But it didn't offer a free migration tool for the free plan. Therefore I didn't get a chance to try it out. Again, their interface to set up drip email sequences (at the time) was something I didn't understand. It may have changed by now, but I am not sure. Mailchimp is intuitive and easy to understand & use.

The difference between Mailchimp and the other email marketing applications we've used is that Mailchimp is a more convenient and affordable application that is meant to give the user the ability to execute a full email campaign from start to finish completely on their own - whereas applications like Salesforce Marketing Cloud have a more intricate system that usually requires account reps to assist along the way. A more similar application to Mailchimp that I've used in the past was Constant Contant. When comparing these two I felt that Mailchimp had a much friendlier user-interface and the email templates were way more aesthetically pleasing. Overall I just felt that Mailchimp was more advanced all-around than the comparable applications, with more options/features for the same price.

I feel like Mailchimp is more advanced than Constant Contact. I have used both, and if a client asks, I always steer them towards Mailchimp. The whole system is more user-friendly, and I get fewer errors when creating the email. I also think the templates are a little fresher. MailChimp is my choice!

MailChimp is an excellent tool with simplicity, features, and pay-as-you-go plans, but Sendinblue is cheaper and has more automation and list management features. Email campaign management is most straightforward with Mailchimp.

Haven't used AWeber in quite a while, but back in the day it was great because it was simple. The downside of AWeber compared to Mailchimp was that they didn't support segmentation of a list. So you were forced to put subscribers into multiple lists, instead of having one list and then segment from there. This data duplication was problematic. It also didn't support adding custom fields to subscribers.

Intercom is not only email but also chat support. The product works well from a SaaS perspective because it allows you to collect what users are doing in your app and then based on their behavior trigger automations.
