Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

In the past I have used Campaign Monitor to send emails - which worked fine. But the email information doesn't tie back to an individual's record. So I could tell who opened the email I just sent - but I couldn't see that they have opened ALL of the emails I have sent...HubSpot's contact records and lists really help grade leads in that way.

We liked the all-in-one approach that HubSpot offered over Pardot. We also like the inbound approach that HubSpot takes to marketing as a whole. We were happy with Pardot, but HubSpot seemed like a better long-term fit for us.

We liked HubSpot more than Marketo for ease of use and overall approach to sales and marketing.

Other things we've used in the past have been tools that only satisfy one area of an integrated digital marketing campaign (social, email, etc.). Once HubSpot came into the picture and updated some of their tools, we no longer had a use for these tools since the cost of advantages made no sense compared to what HubSpot provided us.

There are some really great systems out there that give you parts of the puzzle but none I have found that truly put it all together in a cohesive package that I can really dig into. That doesn't mean they aren't useful for their own purposes. Everyone's marketing program is different and I think that versatility is what I like most about HubSpot. HubSpot meets my needs and I was able to try it out before buying it. That is the best way to see if it will work for your own situation.

My current employer uses Pardot (I get to use HubSpot in my group), and I've found it to be extremely confusing and not nearly as intuitive as HubSpot. If it were up to me, we would use HubSpot company wide in both marketing and sales.

In terms of content management, the UI of HubSpot is much easier for those whose strengths might not be code or any back-end work. The media library functionality is similar, but is separate from HubSpot, so you need to remember which images are on which platform. The integration between the two works pretty seamlessly. Half our pages are on HubSpot while half our pages are on WordPress. Users probably wouldn't even notice the difference between the two.

We evaluated Eloqua and Marketo but had very poor sales experiences; they were also exorbitant in pricing compared to HubSpot and considering everything HubSpot can do for the money. It was an easy decision when comparing apples to apples in capabilities.

I've used Act-On in the past. Act-On is a bit hard to use in the arena of email design and development, though I feel that the workflow structure and list management capabilities are far superior with Act-On. Other than that, they are fairly similar, though HubSpot would be my #1 option due to ease of use and level of support services.

Sure, you could cobble together free and/or paid tools to do some of the work of HubSpot. But your toolset will most likely still not measure up to the integration afforded by using HubSpot. From one dashboard and reports (both standard and custom), you can get a pulse of your marketing activities. Your prospect and lead lists will grow with HubSpot, and opportunities will begin to bubble to the top.

We integrate SideKick to help us identify "hot" prospects. The HubSpot CRM is not complicated.

We follow our prospects' journeys through our website and know exactly the right moment to contact them.

Hubspot to the Rescue!

Third time IS the charm. From our experience, there is no comparison to other marketing automation tools for what we are trying to accomplish. We found our onboarding smoother and usability with Hubspot to be much easier and less technical than other solutions on the market. HubSpot is a marketer's friend - it helps us achieve our goals and even to better refine those goals. Engaging with HubSpot really includes having access to the best and brightest of Inbound Marketing and they are so willing to help! If you are even curious about HubSpot I would encourage speaking with them. With a very low corporate churn-rate they have no long term advantage to sell you a SaaS program that you will not use long-term.

We used to use Pardot but recently switched to Hubspot. We didn't like Pardot because it had poor social posting functionality, it had limited blogging ability, and we experienced many formatting issues on forms, landing pages, and emails. Also, their support team was pretty absent. With Hubspot you can get a live person on the phone in 5 minutes! The Hubspot support team ALWAYS helps me solve any problems or concerns I have.

We were previously attempting to use a combination of WordPress, MailChimp and Google spreadsheets to create and manage leads via manual campaigns. HubSpot let us put everything together in one integrated platform which has increased our capacity to create better content, quicker and market to our prospects. The all-in-one aspect of it really is tremendous.

I've looked at all the major competitors and those that offered just a few of the features. For us it was about the end-to-end marketing and sales solution. We needed one platform that could do all of our marketing in one place as well as integrate with a sales CRM. The other platforms didn't offer the end-to-end solution or level of support for us to be successful. HubSpot also fit into our budget.

HubSpot was my team's top choice because of the level and accessibility of customer service and troubleshooting staff as well as the layout of the software, integration capabilities and the interface. It seemed like the easiest to use and most powerful.

All of these other products have elements of what HubSpot has, but I find that none bring together all of HubSpot's features. What really convinced us to sign on with HubSpot (and stay with them) is the support they provide. Their team is amazing and you always get a live person on the phone with very little wait.
