DFS uses Bloomreach for a one stop shop to reach customers and analyse our data. We build out prospective Google audiences and marketing emails which are trigger or segmentation-based. It allows us to analyse customer data through reports, build out clever segmentation to target along with setting up unique strands of personalisation. It is a one-stop platform for us to see live customer data and make clever business decisions.

I would certainly recommend it as a data / customer comms platform as it's very clever the only reason for a drop in point is some areas are not user friendly and take a lot of learning/training to use i.e. reporting and analysis areas.

In my organization, we help to implement Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud for our clients. The use cases that Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud address include replacing existing CDPs by integrating with upstream data sources via csv or API, web and mobile SDK integration, setting up email and push campaigns, managing consents, creating dashboards and reports, data exports.

  • two step verification with images is very inconsistent to pass in my opinion
It is very well suited to companies with simple to medium level complexity communication strategies. There are certain limitations with regards to how scenarios (i.e. workflows) are built which would make certain complex campaigns quite difficult to replicate, or would require complicated workarounds. It is not really best used to manipulate to a high degree data. On the other hand it is very easy and fast to set up with an easy to use UI. Email templating using Jinja works well in general.

Despite my relatively short time using Bloomreach, the experience has been exceptionally positive — a testament to its effectiveness!

Building automated campaigns that are cross-channel is super easy and creating integrations of these automations and split testing is all super easy to do. It is used for reporting and analysis across teams and departments. Whilst also being used for building, executing and analysing campaigns sent out, both email and SMS. We use this for A/B testing as well and this really benefits our company. It is useful to have all this in one space.

We use [Bloomereach Engagement] Exponea for marketing automation and communication with our customers. It is also used for transactional notifications, working retention, and our loyalty program. The idea is to have an all-in-one solution for notifications from SMS, to push notifications, and e-mail marketing with combined automated campaigns and programs for the different channels.

Bloomreach Engagement is very good for automated campaigns and tracking the performance of users in terms of open rate, click rate, and also leads generated from e-mail and SMS campaigns. We are using Bloomreach as our main search tool, where we rely on machine learning to improve the quality of our search results and to propose the right filters to the users, based on the usage of these filters. We are currently exploring further how we can improve our cross-sell and upsell with Bloomreach, so far, the results are looking promising. Due to an outdated non-standard legacy webshop platform, we've struggled a bit to feed the Pixel accurately, but as we're now live, we already see drastic improvement.

I work as an enablement consultant for a large consultancy practice; my specialties are marketing technology stacks and CDPs. I provide support across a wide range of services for our clients. My experience with Bloomreach is limited; I'm still in the process of learning and understanding the capability of the platform. However, I was very impressed. Integrating the solution across a wider ecosystem and delivery systems seems effortless. The UI is on par, if not better than any other solution I've worked with in class. Very impressed with the web layer functionality. The solution is like a swiss army knife for the modern-day marketer.

The solution can cover pretty much every channel you'd likely use to communicate/enrich your customer experience.

We have successfully implemented this product in the whole company, making campaign management easier and user-friendlier. The vendor selection process went smoothly. After contracting good service was provided from them. The training materials were great and thorough. Our campaign management system was out of date and could not handle contextual needs, while this offered a great built-in solution for that. After implementation we have transferred our campaigns to this system step by step, creating more phases, but it was managed without any problems. I can only recommend this product and the team behind it, everything went super smoothly.

  • Can be overwhelming for inexperienced users. There is little content regarding user onboarding in the app.
  • There are always multiple ways to do one thing. This means you need knowledge to know which way is the best.
  • Catalog imports sometimes lag and their speed could be improved.
It is a great tool for every company which wants to collect a large amount of data, store it, analyze it and create content and campaigns based on those data. It is a versatile tool that gives you insight into every aspect of your business. It also covers many marketing channels, such as e-mail campaigns, automated scenarios with e-mails, text messages, and push notifications as well as integration with Facebook and Google ads manager.

It also offers many options on how to work with your website content to offer the best user experience and great conversion rates.

However, if you are looking for an entry point into marketing automation or want to focus more on content rather than working with data, there are simpler and cheaper tools to get you started. But if you are looking for an upgrade from such tools, Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is really worth considering.

Their platform is very unique and amazing from the very beginning. The main benefit that we are realizing from Bloomreach [Engagement] is the additional insight that we are getting into our customer data. More than 90% of usage is for marketing purposes, mainly customer data analysis, creating email scenarios & sending personalized emails, creating popups the website, A/B testing, but you can also keep the stakeholders updated via internal newsletters.

Weblayers, campaign management and the active machine learning that Bloomreach Engagement includes are really great tools that we use on a daily basis and appreciate. The AI features allow for accurate recommendations and predictions which comes from the individual user behaviour. Our communication has become extremely personalized, more than ever before. They feel it, we are sending each user relevant content because of machine learning. We use triggered messaging with the correct products at the right time and through the right channel at the time most probable of them reading it. Vouchers on first/next visit, countdown banner, almost out of stock banner, etc., are also tools that have increased our revenue.

Thanks to Bloomreach Engagement, we are able to expand our email marketing capabilities and get in contact with customers using a higher level of sophistication. Through A/B testing we are able to identify the ways in which customers prefer communication. We now know the calls to action the user will best respond to. Also, we know when the customer is going to open and read messages, thanks to timed emails. The tool includes push notifications and scenarios for real-time marketing automation. It allows for perfect segmentation. Using A/B testing we can make modifications to the website, promotions, landing pages and emails.

We use Bloomreach Engagement for our game services. There are 3 key features that I really enjoy about Bloomreach Engagement - real-time data, support and usability. The data that is necessary for us is not sampled and do not lag by days. Everything is in real-time, yes real-time! Super important for our business. If a different point of view is needed pertaining to data, you do it yourself and see in immediately. When starting a new campaign, you can refresh the dashboard to see the impact. In connection with usability, we implement the data directly for action in scenarios to create for pre-specified segments of users or solely based on one’s behaviour within the app, all while in a very user friendly interface. The process of learning how to use Bloomreach Engagement is incredibly fast. After a quick onboarding, you are ready to go. Bloomreach Engagement has helped tremendously in the way we work with data and has contributed to the growth of our business.

Cart abandonment emails, AI-powered recommendations and predictions (upsell), almost sold out banner, timed emails and one-time special offers are all excellently integrated into Bloomreach Engagement. The fact that we have all of these easy to use tools in platform really makes the performance high level. Since integrating Bloomreach Engagement into our system and data, our marketing, specifically targeting of customers, has had a huge impact on the accuracy of our marketing approach. The difference between other automated marketing tools that we tried and Bloomreach Engagement are clearly significant. The staff and platform have proven to be critical for our business and revenue.

Bloomreach addresses our SEO for us. It dynamically injects related products and search terms into a page to increase relevant page links to aid crawlers and increase SEO value. We don't really use the tool as such, as it takes our product feed and site tracking data to learn from and dynamically inject relevant content. No manual work or resources are required for Bloomreach to exist on our site and continually learn/increase SEO. We don't even need to monitor it day by day, we just review the analytics / reported benefits it's having every so often.
  • No manual resource required to operate SEO widgets. Self learning and updating.
  • Simple integration into System Architecture (with options)
  • We have occasionally seen old/removed products featured and linked in the Bloomreach widget, whereas you would only want live/active products linked - This led to 404 errors. Albeit this may be an issue in our integration as opposed to the tool - we are unsure.
Well suited for companies with low levels of resources who can dedicate time to business tools to operate them. Or just companies who want tools they don't need to dedicate time and resources to (this is purely for the SEO widgets, no other tools are offered by Bloomreach). The SEO widgets would be less appropriate if you already have related products /searches/terms on your pages as they then might clash.
